This health care center does not care about their patients or their people. Had a doctor's appointment scheduled for 5 months, missed a day of work and pay. Called to let them know I was running behind, and they gave me a ten minute window to be there. Got there 3 minutes outside of the 10 min window, when I was coming from greenbush with car trouble. They refused to see me. This doctor does not care that I've been having a very difficult time in life. Not to mention they rescheduled on me, pushing my appointment out from a 3 month wait, to a 5 month wait to begin with. The receptionists were rude and not understanding. This office acts like they are better than you and your medical issues. They know that some natives have no other choice than to see them, and they take advantage of that. If you're native and have the option of different insurance and heath care, take it! The next two days are wide open for appointments the receptionists still wouldn't reschedule me. She wanted me to miss another day of work to 'walk in' tomorrow, and maybe get seen, or maybe not. When a native struggles in life medically, do not expect this office to work with you, or to care. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would.
