Brian Bell was Amazing and professional. He did a great job helping us get into the car we wanted. After going to another business and having a horrible experience we were told to go here. Best decision ever. We told him our price range, what we were Interested in and what we had to put down. He did everything in his power and got us into the SUV we wanted with a low down payment and low monthly payment. He talked with us the whole time, joked around and was overall just a cool person. 10/10 definitely recommend. Also, FYI they have in house financing, GAP, a warranty on their cars and a carfax.
I had an amazing experience! I worked with Steven, who was very trustworthy and informative. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make any kind of decisions, 10/10 overall experience. He was able to offer me an amazing car for an amazing price. Was able to pull off with a car the same day ! Love it here, will definitely recommend to anyone !
Okay, so at first I had scheduled an appointment here and then canceled because I thought I had found the car I wanted at another dealership. When we went to the other dealership, Gulf South Automative, and was there for 30 minutes without someone acknowledging us. My husband mentioned drive time and I'm glad he did. Brian Bell was honest, helpful, and did everything he could to get me in my new car. I highly recommend this place and Brian to anyone! Thanks guys for my new car!
Brandon, Brian, and Steven were amazing from start to finish. Steven immediately greeted me upon me arriving and made sure I felt comfortable. He asked if I would like anything to drink and sat me down. He showed me all the options that I had available and even more. I didn’t purchase that same day as I needed more time to think. I came back in the very next day and spoke with Brian. Brian took off from where Stephen left off. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars and he made sure he showed me vehicles that exceeded my expectations. Brandon came in at the end and assisted me with purchasing my vehicle. I have purchased from Drivetime before and thought I would bring my business back. Give these guys a pat on the back they did an amazing job.
I found a very nice, low mileage car here that wasn’t overpriced! Donnie showed me the car and was super friendly and helpful with the process! When i went to buy the car, i was helped by Steven and he was just as friendly and made it a very easy and simple process. This is my first time buying a car and it was very nice. Definitely recommend if you can find a car here!!
Highly recommended. Brian is a fantastic associate, super friendly and personable. Everyone was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and fixed all of the issues I had immediately. Take your time and ask all of your questions; they don't mind at all.
Everyone was super friendly, and very helpful. But most of all was our salesman Brian Bell !!! He went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted, all while making sure it fit within our budget and even giving us numerous options instead of just sticking us in a car. I would highly recommend stopping in to see him if you need a car!
Absolutely loved Brandon! He was so sweet and helpful. Got me the car of my dreams and he even helped me find insurance cheaper than the broker could! Recommend 100%! And Steve was so sweet helping me break down the numbers . Even washed my car and fixed a small cosmetic issue. Awesome service !!! Brian was so sweet helping me adjust numbers before I arrived and helped me verify my information. Very quick process.
Zero pressure during any step of the process. Felt like consulting with a friend who has your genuine best interest in mind. Donnie Martina helped me from the start. From when I called to submit income verification, to test driving a few cars on the lot, he even helped me find the best insurance rate for me, which was challenging because i had a lapse in coverage that greatly increased my insurance payment. Everything was easy. Nothing was uncomfortable, stressful, or complicated. As a woman I really appreciated this entire experience. I’m going home with a great car today. Thank you!
Brandon from the Pensacola Drive Time was instrumental in finding us our vehicle and getting us in it. Great experience all around from the initial phone call to the signing of the papers and driving off the lot.
