I want to get a outpressure check they told me 15 minutes
Wow so disrespetful, we spend about $10,000!! A month on 6 truck rentals. Made a reservation for 2 more trucks a week ago. I was told today by Keaton Thomas that he think I have enough trucks and had the nerve to tell me that our money is not good enough. I have delt with the way he has been dealing with me. Today he pushed his limit I dont appricate it and hope penske takes action on him and how he treats people.
This location sucks. Don't go there if you are black, or any other minority for that matter cos they have no respect for you. And this is coming from a person who has NOTHING against the general white race! The employees were so rude to my friend and I, it was appalling!! Bunch of racists! Cos right after incredibly rude to us, they turn around and smile very nicely to two other customers after us who happened to be white! while we stood to the side waiting for a manager.

You guys are slipping. Office was closed, no one around to get my truck keys on Sunday at 930am. Gate was open, so I was able to see the truck, but not get in it. I put down that I want the truck washed. I put it down "Twice".... still dirty. Cmon penske.
Let me tell you a story! I'm a professional truck driver. My truck broke down and Penske sent a loaner for me to use while mine was being repaired as pro drivers, we don't get paid days off, and don't get paid if we don't work- had no choice but to use a loaner. I delivered my load to Suffolk, VA and speed by this shop on my return trip home the day before Xmas eve. I will admit the one and only shining star in this entire experience was ANTHONY 2nd shift shop supervisor. He was incredibly kind, polite, and said he'd be in Saturday to start taking a look- if all went well, it would be completed Monday night after Xmas. That's decent considering it was a holiday weekend! I called Monday to check the status of my truck and he informed me. ....are you ready for this?......MY TRUCK HAD BEEN SOLD! !!!!!! I was on my was to Massachusetts with a load and because I couldn't get to Virginia in time, had to give him permission to take ALL of my personal belongings out of MY truck! I'm sure many of you don't know what it's like to be a professional over the road truck driver, ssssoooo I'll give you an idea! Pretend you're going on vacation for 2 weeks to a cabin that only has a mattress and you literally have to provide EVERYTHING else to live for 2 WEEKS! This will include ALL of your toiletries, water, food cups, plates, utensils ,cleaning supplies, tools, atlas, flashlight, bedding sheets, mattress pad, blankets, pillows, supplies for my dog who goes with me EVERY trip, emergency supplies, shower bag, clothes, books on CD, etc. I imagine you can get the big picture! Now ALL of my personal belongings are in boxes in VA! I just lost an 800 mi trip at 44 cents/mile ya'll do the math because I had to be rerouted to VA to get my things! HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS HAPPEN? ??? Somebody at this location, decided to show my truck, with MY things inside, knowing it would be repaired by Monday night and it could be picked up by THE NEW OWNER on Tuesday while I was in Massachusetts! !! Penske- ya'll are members of the Better Business Bureau, correct? I PROMISE YOU, THERE WILL BE A REPORT FILED- and yes! I know exactly how much work that entails! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE FOLKS! STAY FAR AWAY! PS- the loaner truck I was given was beyond filthy - I came out looking like a street urchin after working the docks all day! The window leaks into my shoe, it can't pull a hill to save is life, and the mattress is the most filthy, disgusting thing I have ever seen! Way to do business Penske!
They were having trouble printing to their Ricoh MFP from the driver on their print server, so I loaded a local driver on his laptop. COPYMAN strikes again.
Great customer service and easy flow in and out. Worth giving them a try. This is my second time using them.
Everyone here is great! I rent trucks at least once a week. If they don't have the right truck, they have other locations close by.
