Ron and Jason are awesome and should get a raise! We moved to the Puget Sound area from out of state and couldn't return our truck on time so they pushed out the due date for us. Ron even gave us his cell number to check in with him to make sure we were ok. He also gave us tips for traveling in the snow! We dropped the truck off with Jason, he was very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable about the truck and thorough with the walkthrough showing us what he was looking for. We also got quotes from other companies and Penske was almost half the price of U-Haul. We felt safe and the truck worked really well. Was clean and smelled nice! Thank you so much
Great place! Close to the highway and they did me right after Budget in Gig Harbor hosed us over. Ask for Jason. he will take really good care of you. I also heard that the lady below who posted about the dogs was asked to leave after loitering because she was bothering customers. She was not even a Penske customer and the dogs are 5lbs. Common!!
My husband and I rented a truck and we were accidentally charged by them with a $100 cleaning fee . The manager told us it was no problem, he would remove the charge which would take about two weeks. After two weeks, we called to see why there was no refund and he said he would look into it. A couple weeks later, still no refund. Now it’s been 5 weeks, we have called and/or left messages a total of 8 times and still no refund. Basically these guys got away with taking an extra $100 due to a “billing error”. Be very cautious with doing business with them!
2 dogs almost bit my boyfriend and I as we approached the location. They were the managers dogs. We had to fend them off as the manager was on the phone and didn't come help us with the vicious dogs. As we were leaving, we witnessed another customer having the same issue. Please do not have your dogs loose if they are not friendly.
The truck was clean and in good condition...but they pre charged 75miles @ $.79 per mile and $150.00 deposit i returned the truck in same condition, full tank of gas, and returned it on time per our agreement. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund unused miles or my security deposit.
After arriving with no one in site and no one in an open office we called and were told that that would take care of us later that they had to use the head". No lies. I really don't know who to believe on this platform.NO THANK YOU.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The guy who worked there had a dog unleashed sitting at the door. Barking n growling n he sat inside n did nothing. My husband got us past this dog who was still barking and growling the place was filthy. Did not bother renting from him. Will not be back
Have always been great every time I need a rental truck! Friendly and helpful. Also cheaper than uhaul.

For such a small location, they have a large selection and great customer service.
