This is one of the easiest laundry experiences I've had in a long time. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it's COIN FREE. Yes, no more quarter hoarding for me thanks to Clean People Coinless Laundry. I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to employee Maria for helping me out my first time here. Instead of coins, you put cash on a "laundry card" and use that like a debit when you do your wash and dry. It's so much easier than loading 20 quarters into a triple loader! They also provide a fluff and fold option through "Pop Wash" for $1.50 or $1.75 per pound, which is a nice option when my schedule gets a bit too busy. They even returned my husband's Air Pod that was left in his shorts. Thank you, Clean People! It took me more than 4 years to write this. Clean people and everyone who works there is amazing. Great service, smiling faces, great price. Like I said I've been with them over 4 years with zero major problems. I've left a bunch of valuables in my pockets a bunch of times over the years. They always come back. Feel free to give it a try.
This place is AMAZING with customer service!!!!!! I’ve never used fluff and fold before and was really in a pinch for timing. The staff was beyond understanding and helped me with getting my laundry done in my tight schedule and kindly explained the typical rules and timing. Exceptional customer service and very understanding employees for an inexperienced first time customer.
Straight rip-off. You have to purchase a "laundry card" non refundable then you have to "load" money on to the card.. Lost $3.00 trying to purchase laundry detergent. No refunds. Cost of the laundry card & detergent scam it cost me almost ten dollars to wash half a load. Dryer used up $2.50 & still left small load very damp. Should call it "Greedy People's Clueless Laundry". They took me to the cleaners, alright! They should wear a ski mask & use a gun & get it over with. I'm still carrying around a lot of pain. UPDATE 12-11-18---- The place still sucks.
Owner is a life saver! First time here I was disoriented and confused about transitioning into coin-less laundry-mats and in a hurry no less. Super friendly atmosphere and service. Made it easy. Not to mention machines are awesome! Spent less than I normally would at my usual laundromat since these machines are wayyy bigger. Totally recommend! Dont get intimidated by the coin-less like I was.
My boyfriend and I come here all the time to do laundry. This trip a woman who works here, Maria, came over and said that there was a towel caught in the closed door and we needed to shut down the wash we had just hit start on and restart but that we’d have to pay for a 2nd wash. She then pushed the buttons to force the machine to stop claiming the whole place would flood otherwise. We asked if they would reimburse the load, as we clearly didn’t use the service and she responded “it’s not my fault so I’m not going to pay for it.” WHAT? I understand asking to stop and restart to avoid a potential mess, but it was handled so rude. For a place this large $4.25 would go unnoticed and for us that’s another load of wash. So put off, in a city with hundreds of laundry mats, we’ll be avoiding this one and I recommend you do too.
The customer service leaves something to be desired. They only do fluff and fold. They won't deliver if you drop off even though it's the same price. Everyone I spoke to was nice but, english was clearly their second language and it was hard to get my questions answered. They washed the clothes well and folded them. The shirts were hung but, not steamed nor ironed. I would go here again but, there are no frill to their service and the price reflects that. I spent $50 and go all of my clothes laundered. A great price for the service.
This place was my go to for 10 years. Best service and always with a smile. When my wife and I moved, we accidently left a load. Stan, the owner, mailed us our laundry. I can't tell you how much that means that we still have kind people in the world.
Love the laundresses and staff! So sweet, patient, and helpful! Great machines that clean our laundry so well, and love that it's affordable to have them take care of our laundry for us.
