Pepper Pot Restaurant

I was referred to this place while passing through and decided to try it. I had curry shrimp and oxtails w/rice and a side of cabbage. Everything was really good! Definitely my spot when I'm traveling through Jacksonville now! Back to Palm Beach I go for now!!

The food taste AMAZING. I ordered Chicken Curry extra meat no rice and pepper steak extra meat no rice plus 3 other meals. The quality of extra chicken I was charged for is lacking. Look at the difference between the curry with and without rice. There is not one. Maybe it was just an error. But, I paid for what I wanted and did not get it. Also the salads we old and bad. As long as you eat the regular trays as they come. I suggest this place. It is 5 Star as far a taste goes.

I grew up on the Boulevard and I can honestly say Pepper Pot is Top 3 in Jacksonville the best part is they never changed up the quality of the food Love the ladies and gentlemen that work there. I eat there about 3 times a week so they know me. If you’re in town and you want the best eats don’t leave with out making you way to pepper pot My wife favorite is the Combination, mine the pepper steak and my son curry shrimp. Love y’all keep being great

Great food. Wonderful friendly service. The only dish I've gotten that could use a little improvement was the oxtails- they weren't as tender as I like but the flavor was amazing

Best cabbage I've tasted thus far. I preferred the curry goat over the curry chicken. The red beans & rice is also delicious. Decent portions for the price. Oh....and I waited longer at the McDonald's drive thru, for 4 pies. This place is fast.

Felt like i was being forced to eat what they had, told the lady i can't eat rice, asked if i could substitute was told no, then the food lacked flavor and mostly bones, ordered curry goat. I will not be going back there.Food: 1/5

I just called to ask if they have a certain type of food this day. Before I can get it out. The young lady yells to me NO NO NOO 3 times back to back very rude.Food: 4/5

I LOVE THE PEPPER POT! I always get the Curry Shrimp & side salad. Their homemade carrot juice is fantastic, but it is a little on the spicy side for those who don't like ginger. Always great food and no complaints other than the lines getting long when busy but that's only because their food is so good! lol

The food was hot and fresh and the drive thur cashier was friendly service with a smile keep up the good work.Food: 5/5
