The phone number listed is for a State Farm agent. Then when you google the place for a number and finally get in contact with someone who works for Pepperidge Farm they inform you that they don’t have the numbers to other locations. What?!? How is it the customer contact number doesn’t have numbers for other locations for deliveries. Just sad! And the traffic is horrible here! Update to review. The unloading process isn’t bad here in Downers Grove, IL. I arrived just before 0800 for my 0800 appointment. Had to wait for a trailer to be moved from a door so that I can get unloaded but it didn’t take long. By 0820 I was backed into a door. They came to get my paperwork and sign it by 0830 then got started unloading me right after. The yard is very small but as a new driver I was able to get it so it is doable.
Excellent place for pickup. Very friendly and helpful employees. They really have a rather tight yard for docking specifically if any truck is in the dock. Very fast loading.
Nice people, fast loading. Some overnight parking may be available...no gate, just a driveway and a pretty small yard. Good experience!!
I think it is great that they allow Jerry Schad all the bread he wants on his return to the warehouse and style gives the store the credit for the bread, Evan tho it don't make it back. Plus they give him free gifts and alcohol on a weekly basis.this all comes from Jerry Schad. I hope they treat all the Decker drivers on dedicated routes for them this way.His latest was steak dinner and a night out with his girlfriend on them.

This is the absolute worst place to work . They are very unorganized, dirty everyone especially the bathrooms and stuffing department, and over staffed . They send everyone home early and your lucky if you get 25 hours a week there.
Tough location for a sleeper truck with a 53 foot trailer but the employees make the difference in the experience here
