Appointment 11am got here 8:30 am there were 2drivers waiting at the gate. Is currently 11:15 am and they just got the second driver a door to unload. First driver got a door around 9:30. I’m giving it 3start just based on the checkin wait time despite me being early ahead of my appointment with 2 drivers ahead it seems they are slow with the unloading process inside.
They don’t take loads after 5 pm even tho they can. They tell you it’s the building policy smh. When you come back at 8 am, that’s when they open they will still make you wait telling you they are running behind on loads. People who work inside are rude.
This is an awful ran pepsi location, has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. No one answers, or gets back to you. Deliveries don’t show up with no call to let you know, missing products on orders, no communication, awful awful experiences
I rate it 5 stars because the inside looks very nice and the service is very amazing and well... My dad works here!
Worse place to deliver. Try to avoid people here are rude and have attitude. The wrapping job from the Latham NY is the worst . Cheap bastards want to wrapp a heavy load of 2 litter bottles with just a thin layer of shrinkwrap . Deff not worth it let pepsi send their own truck to pick this load .
4 stars mainly for the guys at the guard shack. Met a couple decent ones on the dock, don't know if they unloaded trucks too fast or were too productive. Don't plan on being out of here in under 2hours. They do let you park on the street after hours
