I had highlights put in, instead of staggering them the gal put streaks all the way up to the roots. She said that they were closing so I needed to reschedule to have it fixed. I told her that I have a kiddo and work and live up north so it would be difficult to make it back in. After rescheduling a couple of times because of life as a mom, I called and asked if I can still have it honored if I just do a walk in. I was told yes, and that there was no expiration date to getting it fixed. They put my name in the system. I tried going in today and they said they wouldn’t honor it. I will never go back to this place.
Can’t in last week and my regular stylist was not it. Went with the gal that was available. This was one of the most awkward interactions I’ve ever had. On the haircut, it did not come out near what I wanted and showed a reference photo. Now I have to let this hair grow out for 6+ months to try and get the look back because too much was taken off and I feel as I look stupid. It sucks because a bad haircut brings down self confidence. In the end I’m not happy with the money I spent and the service I received.
I needed a quick place to stop to have my 3 y/o get a correction cut Big Brother decided to give little brother some home cut bangs . This salon was able to get him in right away. They were polite and patient with him, and if you're not concerned with perfection, then this place is 'Great'. It is a place where you'll receive the value for the service you pay for.
I had the most amazing experience. Thank you for fixing my hair and coloring my hair. I will be coming back : and definitely won't be using box hair dye anymore. I'll come and get it done professionally. You girls have done an amazing job! Again Thank you.
The service was great. My stylist was Kimber. She was very friendly and attentive to what I wanted.

Cut mine and my boys hair they we're great it was his first time it went really well super good with him and he's under 2 years old will probably go back to his hair we also showed up late to our appointments so it's kind of cool that she got both in within a timeframe
The stylist that cut my hair was EXCELLENT. She listened to what I wanted & I absolutely LOVE MY HAIR CUT. These days when you are ordering food or talking to a clerk in a store they listen to the 1st 4 words out of your mouth, after that they tend to do what they want. Doesn't matter if it's your money paying for it. You get it done their way. So, yes I really would recommend going here for a cut, color, perm or any styling you may require. They go above and beyond in customer service...
