Perfect Nail

Unfortunately a horrible experience! Had an appointment at 5pm. Finally had to say something at 525pm when they were taking walk ins. It’s literally 4 hours later and 4 nails have fallen off my real nails are underneath! Place was also not clean. Not just upset, but now I have to go to get my nails fixedService: Acrylic nails

I have found my nail place!!! Just moved to Cranston and struck out twice at 2 other horrible places! I made an appointment with Rosemary. She was knowledgeable, gave me exactly what I wanted, was gentle, professional and did my nails perfectly!!! I’m really picky and she did a wonderful job!!! I also got a pedicure from a very polite and courteous man. I had a great experience. The price was a little high, but worth the relaxation.

This is my 2nd time at the salon. I was a walk in both times and I was taken within 15 mins. They offer so many colors and designs, I took the whole 15 mins to decide. My first set was Gel Purple Cat Eye for $42. That set last a 3 weeks before needed a fill. Current set pictured cost $28. Love the salon and feeling pampered once a month is nice.

This is my go-to nail salon in Rhode Island. The staff is extremely friendly and greets me by name when I go. Good responsiveness to phone calls and making appointments. Prices are great as well. I’ve never had a bad experience getting acrylics here, I highly recommend this place!

First time ever going to this salon and this won't be my last time awesome customer service so friendly and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price definitely will be back....

i am not a complainer at all but this is by far the worst experience i’ve had. i came in for a full set and after getting it i wasn’t happy with the work , i was hesitant about speaking up but it was just sloppy work i couldn’t walk out with it. i was left sitting for a hour while they took two different clients before fixing my nails after i told her i was in a rush. i didn’t receive an apology instead she laughed when i told her i wasn’t satisfied. again, i don’t ever complain i usually just let it be. then to be charged 110$ for a basic gel full set and a gel pedicure.

they were very nice, but i think that if you are going in to get acrylics and you want designs go to another place. i went here and the design is way off, also the nail lengths are all different and the shape. i know some places can’t do designs but if she couldn’t do that i feel like she should have told me
