First time my cut was ok; paid in cash. Second time, the stylist who operates at the last chair left of the register AVOID charged my card $10 for a $5 men's haircut. Generous self-tip for mediocre work. Her action left me dissatisfied and the business one less returning customer. The two times I have been neither stylist informed me in advance the rate they were going to charge.Service: Haircut

Haircut price shows $5 and I was charged 12 for a haircut and I was unaware until after my haircut and she never told me. I asked for a fade haircut but the lady messed it up even after I showed her a picture.Service: Haircut

This place is horrible, every time I go I show them how I want my hair but they always leave me unsatisfied and looking far from the picture. And this time I went and they left me with one side more hair than the other. Also they have horrible customer service, I was trying to tell the guy how I wanted it and he shook me off saying that he knows and that he's being cutting hair for 40 years but from my last experience it didn't look like it. I'm definitely not going to this place anymore i'll rather pay more money for a better haircut than less money and get absolute garbage of a haircut with trash customer service.Service: Haircut

They say 5$ and charged me 10$, I gave them change they gave me 5$ so I tipped. I wasted my time to come here for cheap haircut, otherwise I don't need to come here. They don't cut good and finished in 5 minutes.

Under new management the attention I received was great the new owner was attentive n very kind. Service was great my hairstylist Dory took care of me n did a awesome job on my hair cut I had her do layers and the style I loved what she did to my hair my stylist was attentive n listen to what I wanted. sweet women i recommend her. This is the worse place I’ve ever been; I read the comments and I agree about how friendly they are but the service is so poor; they don’t have enough stylist. I got there to get my hair color and the stylist told me “ I’m by my self so, I’ll apply the color but you have to wash at home” I couldn’t believe but she said: “ many people does, is so easy” Finally I got de color and she washed my hair but she applied dark color; I asked her I think her name is Tina or Lina and she said would be better within the time and absolutely is not.
