Run. Don't walk. My first experience here was awful. The fist hygienist was untrained and didn't have the equipment she needed. The other hygienist was rude to both of us and unhelpful to the new girl. Office is dirty. Floors are stained and glasses they put on my face were filthy. I was equally unimpressed with the doctor. I've never had an exam hurt so much. They didn't even begin my cleaning and said I would need to come back for cleaning because of mild gum disease. I cancelled the other appointments for my family and left.
As someone who HATES anything having to do with my teeth, I was so pleasantly surprised with the Longmont branch! There's been a couple scheduling flukes but those were due to their booking system and a plumbing issue; so nothing they could directly control. From start to finish from sitting in the procedure chair, to walking back out to my car after scheduling my next appointment, was MAYBE 20 minutes. They managed to do a filling so quick and easy that I wasn't even aware they were already done! I think it maybe lasted 15 minutes at the most. Each time I've been in I've had great hygienists and I adore the dentist herself. I will definitely continue to receive all my dental needs here in the future!
They got me in quickly. The staff was friendly, Dr. Rodas was amazing and her assistant Cheryl was awesome too. They took good care of me, I'd recommend them both to anyone. I've been looking for a good dentist and I believe I found one. Thank you ladies!!
They loved canceling my appts and I just started going there. Completely waste of my time. I told them on my last appt that I did not want a deep cleaning and that I didn't schedule my appt for a deep cleaning. I wanted a filling on my broken tooth but what did they do ? They cancelled my appt because my insurance is still not ready to pay for that deep cleaning. I told them I never wanted that deep cleaning ever. I wanted a filling. That's the reason of my last appt. Way to go perfect teeth. Very unprofessional. I'm never coming back. I'm going back to comfort dental. At least they utilize their notes and they never cancel my appts.
Friendly, helpful and competent. Not a big assembly line practice. Easy to schedule with them and manage insurance. Feel well taken of by dental and office staff. Just referred my spouse.
I had some Gentle work done today. And I have to say, That this was The best experience I ever had with a dentist. I'm actually looking forward to going back.
My first time in. They were kind and helpful. I went in with problems and left feeling much better. They took care of me in a timely manner. I'd recommend them to anyonr.
My latest dentistry requirements were a bit challenging, matching a 50+ year-old partial to a replacement crown at one end and a still-good crown at the other end. The lab failed to succeed on the first 2 efforts but my dentist persisted and today the new crown was fitted and set everything back in place perfectly. I had to go several weeks without use of my partial, but the end result is excellent and worth the wait.
I’ve had an extra tooth in my mouth for years and everyone seemed too afraid to pull it. But BOOM I go in last week and they take it out no problem and they laughed at my jokes so I’ll be back for sure. Dr was badass and the staff is great.
Worst experience ever! Tried to reach them for 2 week straight, even left messages with the call center and they said they'd email the location to call me. My appointment comes around and they CANCEL the night before! Then have the audacity to say the day of Mt appointment that was canceled that I apparently MISSED the appointment! Now trying to schedule a new appointment and they can't schedule it until May!
