This place is a little bit more expensive, but it is NEW and CLEAN, which is important to me. The service didn't amaze me, but they were certainly friendly. The spa pedicure chairs are very nice and quiet.
I'm not sure why this place has a lot of low star reviews. I'm glad I chose to come here anyway. It's my new favorite place for a pedicure. Annie always does my pedicure and I love how detailed she is. I never feel like she rushes anything. She even repairs my big toe with acrylic when I accidentally hit something and chip my nail. I do recommend making an appointment if you don't like to wait. And the hot wax feel AMAZING!
First visiting, staff was nice and helpful. They understood English very well. Seemed to kind of rushed through the process a wee bit, but they did take their time on the massage part. The acrylic overlay on my toes could have been done way better, they are not shaped to match, buffed or anything. And you can tell through the get paint. She stated rushing when other customers showed up. Love the color my nail tech picked out for me. The salon was clean, quiet and peaceful. Clean rest rooms etc. Probably would visit again if it was an emergency or something.
Always so soothing to get a pedicure. Got an extra 15 min massage on the legs and it felt amazing. EMILY did such a great job, will be returning next month.

My wife went in on Sunday two days ago to have French Tips done for a wedding this Saturday. 24 hours after a painful she su stained three, deep cuts session, the fill was peeling off of her nails. Today, she returned to allow the apathetic employee an opportunity to fix a terrible job. After waiting two hours, the employee cut her four more times and tried to charge her full price. I’m currently helping her stop bleeding from two deep cuts. Take it as you will, but this store is disrespectful, lazy, and not worth $55. Go somewhere that actually cares more about your beauty and returning patronage than a lousy $50.

Me and my boyfriend were at the solon for THREE HOURS!!! The first hour was just this guy filing away at my gel nails to prepare them for the next lady put the fake nail on and paint them after words... But then I had to wait for another hour because my nail tech was still busy with another client which I understood until 15 minutes turned into 30mins.... Then the nail tech began to file so more which started to hurt really bad but I didn't want say anything because I had already been waiting for so long at the nail solon. Then they had to audacity to charge me 90 dollar's for short French acrylic nails, but last time we came and I got short nails and they were only 70????Service: Acrylic nails
I started going here after too many bad experiences at a place in Vista Village. I was hoping a new place would equal better service and customer satisfaction. But my experiences are so up and down. I usually get the manager or her daughter, but my last visit I got the worst lady...I knew because every previous time I was there and she had a customer in her chair, I could always hear her apologizing and upset looks on customer faces....and now it was my turn to know why. I only needed a color change and wanted a French tip since I was getting married the next week, and had just gotten new acrylics my last visit. This woman broke 3 of my nails, and each time it would happen when I thought she was almost done. By the 3rd break, she didn't even replace the acrylic, just gobbed a ton of the powder mixture until it looked even enough to her. I didn't get an apology from her until the very end of 2 HOURS and it was insincere. On top of all that, the manager had the nerve to stop by and comment how nice they looked! Icing in the cake was the front desk guy had the nerve to remind me about leaving a tip. HAH!
