Horrible customer service and no warranties apparently... "If you pay for a new stereo we will install it". I spend $1500 on a new stereo system for the CarPlay and backup camera, and I'm 7 months in.. the stereo works about 60% of the time, the other 40% it won't connect to any phone... It's super frustrating. However, this is still not as annoying as the backup camera, which works about 20% of the time. The attached photo of a blank screen is what happens some of the time, the other times the screen just scrolls from top to bottom like an cartoon movie real when it is being started. When neither of those happen, the screen works, but flickers, and the "guides" are usually a foot to the right of the left.... I called and spoke to a manage or two, and their response to my new stereo and camera and their response was "Sorry your new stereo is defective.If you'd like to update your stereo to a new model, you'd like to pay the difference on a faster stereo, and the install, we would be happy to replace it. Bring it in in 5 weeks and we will take a look." So the answer to a $1500 defective stereo and camera is to say, come pay another $500, plus installation charges, and we will replace it. Save yourself the time and effort, and go somewhere else.

GAME CHANGER!! Johnny and Mike were so awesome. I had no idea what I was doing in this place and they ensured I didn’t feel like a dummy. I said- “I drive a lot. This is an older car, but maps and car play aren’t worth buying a new one. How can I get those things?” Johnny gave me a bunch of options and talked me through the pros and cons of all. We narrowed it down and got this Kenwood magic installed within 24 hours. Mike walked me through it once it was installed and was super helpful in other tips and tricks I wouldn’t know about. I was super concerned about sound quality and appearance a long with function. It looks so beautiful!! Seamless in my dash and pretty to look at compared to the old CD player on the floor.I wish I hadn’t wasted money on stupid Amazon Bluetooth attachments. This was totally worth it. Also pumped about the usb Jack they swapped for my cigarette lighter and the service guarantees they provide.

Upgraded f 150 stereo. Sound is great!!!! I like the features of new stereo and customer service was great.

This shop is very helpful and checks all the boxes. I took my car in to get my remote starter looked at thinking it was the root of my car issues and they were able figure out what the problem was and direct me a solution. I would recommend to anyone and will be going back when in need of their services!

Super cool guys. Did a self install on a sub and amp in my 2013 f350. Had some questions about it and they came out there for free to help me look at it and got the right parts order up for me! Super knowledgeable guys!

Mike and his team did an awesome job on my new-to-me 2015 Lexus, installed a subwoofer and remote start, had both done super quickly and the installation looked amazing. Amazing people here, really helpfull, great service, after many years and many thousands of dollars they helped me setup a really kickass stereo system for my truck and my friends and family, definitely recommend if your in any need of sound equipment/cameras for your ride, really helpful if anything goes wrong and do their best to get it taken care of

I have an old car that works excellent but had an old stereo. I was not sure if I wanted to sell my car or get a new stereo. Long story short, I decided on the stereo because I love my car! I am so happy that I got a new stereo installed and it has greatly improved my commutes!!!! Thanks, Rupert and Mike! I have a Kenwood stereo that has Bluetooth and a cool display. Super service! Mike figured out my problem so fast that he didn’t even charge me. I had talked to multiple guys on the phone between setting up my appointment and calling to let them know it was going to be about thirty minutes late and they were very courteous, had the door open and ready for me to back in. Highly recommend these guys, nice to know there are still businesses like this!
