There is fully equipped 2,500 sq. foot weight room with full-length mirrors and a 1,500 sq. foot cardio room with treadmills, cross-trainers, stair-masters and stationary bikes. The cardio room also has 3 strategically placed 20-inch televisions and music to 'entertain as you train'. There is also a tanning booth to help your body produce vitamin D and regulate its metabolism when the winter blues hit from lack of sunshine.
