We have used Performance Construction for 5 different projects. We started with work replacing termite damage in a bay window. Next we remodeled a small bathroom. Both of those jobs went so well we hired him for a major remodel 700+ sq ft added, then a few years later he redid our backyard, and recently replaced a floor damaged by flooding. In every case he has been incredibly professional, on-time, and on-budget. For our remodel we got 3 quotes. One quote was a single vague page, the next was 2 pages, no details, then Mike's came in at 14 pages listing exactly what would be done. Everything came in exactly as quoted except when we decided to add things half way through the projects. I highly recommend Performance Construction.
Everything seemed good at first figure id pay 4500 dollars over what other contractors priced which wass about 5000 thinking id get better work i was sadly mistaken but contractor mikes a crook did not complete job until a week later. Than projected had to redo tile section twice because the walls he floated were crooked left drywall mud all over. Mortar stuck in toilet supply line dont use this contractor
