Very bad service. Were constantly pressuring me to just buy anything instead of helping me look for something I actually like.

Used to go every time I went to Ross or Marshall's. Purchased last minute perfume for a gift. Returned  next day with receipt because spray head was broken. Contents were intact and they refused to exchange much less return money. Price was cheap so it wasn't about the money, I thought they would do the right thing but I was wrong. Didn't like how I was treated when I tried to exchange obviously defective merchandise. Hopefully they've changed their policies.

Associates DONT greet you. I literally walked in to purchase 2 perfumes but wasn’t greeted and only stared at. I walked around for 2 minutes, I knew exactly what I wanted but was never helped so I left! Customer service needs improvement! I buy from this store all the time!
