Went here for dinner and ordered from the 55+ menu; pot roast with gravy and 2 sides. It was good but gravy was Very salty. Will have to ask for gravy in the side if we ever order it again. Had pie for desert; cheesecake was good but was disappointed by the wild berry which tasted like only raspberry to me. It should have been a combination of berries. The server was very nice and attentive. Overall a good meal
My wife and I are on vacation, and we stopped in here for supper - 7/8/23. We both ordered the top sirloin steak. It was cooked just right, tasted great!! Plus, our server was so good. She was very busy, and still took excellent care of her customers. The manager on duty was very customer and business oriented, and made wise decisions. I would definitely recommend this location when you are deciding on where to eat if/when you are in Butte, Mt.
Stayed at Best Western and this place was connected so it made it convenient. That's about the only good thing I can say. Our waitress appeared to have an attitude as I had asked her if the iced tea was brewed and not instant. She seemed to take offense as she took our order and I had asked for an extra glass of ice as most places, the tea is not very cold and the little bit of ice given melts quickly. She brought the teas and no extra glass of ice, she came across as it was a huge bother. We didn't ask for lemon but there was lemon wedge inside the glass...what would she or the manager have done had we been allergic to lemons????? I mentioned the extra glass of ice again and shortly after, a male waiter brought it out. Dad ordered eggs benedict and I ordered a club. The club was very dry, had hardly any mayo on it. Onion rings were brought out with some nasty tasting ranch dressing on the side seriously???? and another ranch on the side with my club and fries. This combo made no sense. The waitress did not ask if anything else was needed, so the male waitress came out and I had to ask him for mayo. The woman waitress went around to her other customers inquiring if anything else was needed. Not with us. Dad and I were going to order dessert and ask for a refill on our teas but she had laid our bill on the table and never said a word. Since she felt we were not worth her time or better service, she did not receive a tip. When we paid our bill, the male waiter asked how our meal was. I told him it was "OK". He asked what could have made it better, I told him, "A waitress that would have taken the time to ensure we had everything we wanted or needed, a less than friendly attitude, no refills on our "bottomless iced teas" and the chance to see if we had wanted dessert". He apologized and watched as I pressed 0 tip. We will not be back. Dad and I usually give more than the "required" percentage of a tip, but when we get subjected to a unfriendly waitress/waiter, have to ask for something more than once when the place is not overly busy and the waitress/waiter do not ask if dessert or refills are wanted, FORGET IT...we will not tip for piss-poor service.
Lots options from breakfast all day, salads, sandwich and dinner. A good American restaurant that's a step up from 24hr restaurant. There is an insane amount of options. They have all of their calorie information and pictures included in the menu. They also have pasties and bakery items for sale, displayed in the front. I was impressed at the meal considering it's from Perkins. I would recommend and will go again.
I am staying at the Best Western came in to order take out Food… the staff at the desk totally ignored me I waited about 10 minutes standing I grabbed my own Menu then still waited to place my order… they continue to cash out other Customers answered the phone … finally they took my Order… I hope my Food is better then the Service… the menu only had two types of Salads to order I have never been to a Perkins Restaurant… don’t think I’ll ever come to Another Perkins Again
Gross for all and dangerous to those with allergies! We were seated at a sticky table with dirty chairs. The hostess was nice but it was very obvious that the waitress hated her job and people. We placed our order and I repeatedly told her that my daughter had an anaphylactic dairy allergy. The food and drinks were sold w to come and when they did, the waitress proceeded to place the food with dairy in front of my daughter. We quickly moved it to our other family members. Her food had dairy fried food with her fries and her sandwich had cheese on the side, even though her sandwich didn't come cheese. The attention to detail is dangerous. I repeatedly asked the waitress if she checked with the cook and she said she told him but seemed to care less. My daughter never ate her food fortunately. Our omelette was salty and not edible. The pancakes had other food cooked in them on the griddle and the syrup was watered down. Needless to say, my husband and I didn't eat it. My son ate his burger, and unfortunately he was sick all night. This was a horrible and almost deadly experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Dietary restrictions: Didn't accommodate
A relaxing, old timey restaurant with good food! The only thing wrong was the food was not as hot as I like. My husband didn't mind a bit though. Our server was friendly and prompt. We were happy to find a Perkins again! Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad and veggies. Parking: We stopped for lunch and had a dinner. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps anywhere. Wheelchair stall in restroom.
We entered the dirty restaurant at 12:30. A crowd was waiting to pay their bills. We waited to be seated. A woman walked by and said in a nasal tone, "I'll be with ya in a minute." A girl came to the podium and seated us at a table that had obviously been eaten on, but not cleaned, as there was food debris and spills on it. Gross. We waited for 20 min without anyone acknowledging us. We left at 1:00 without eating. You know, Perkins, if you never feed people on clean tables and provide a way for people to pay, then you'll never make money.
great breakfast, not expensive and good serviceFood: 5/5
Granted, we caught them in a bad night.. there was maybe 1 person back in the kitchen, and this restaurant is attached to a hotel. Plenty of wait staff.. but we waited over an hour for our food. What I found disappointing was the host seating more people without telling them about the long wait. We were offered a free desert for the long wait, but that was all.
