We were seated and a waitress came & took our drink order, said our waitress will be with us shortly, we waited & waited, a waitress came finally, asked if we were ready, we said yes, she said " you need more time, I'll be back" & left. Another one finally came, we spent more time waiting, she forgot part of the order, when she finally brought it we were almost done with our meal. I inquired about the salad to go we ordered she said it was almost done. More waiting. When we got home this is what the salad looked like that they gave us my daughter ate the strawberries, it was supposed to be a strawberry, walnut & grilled chicken salad with spinach greens. The chicken was barley cooked, definitely not grilled. I have never had such bad service or poor quality food before. Definitely won't be going back there again.
I can't recall the name of my server but she was an older woman. Very friendly, attentive and hard-working. I ordered the hearty man's combo and I'm glad to say that it was hot and fresh! Though the pancakes were not fresh as I could tell they were sitting out before my meal was done. best Perkins location I've been to yet and better than Bob Evans. Will definitely try to come once a week!
After ordering AND paying for an item, I arrived to pick up the orders I placed. I did not receive a dessert that was paid for. The manager , who was very business like, and really didn't care, advised me that item was not available... no substitute offered, no apologies, nothing... when asked about the refund I was told that they do not get the money for the Perkins website, so I'll have to file a refund on the Perkins website... Granted, it's not a lot of money involved, but the manager's attitude was horrendous. Also, another order that was a kids take out was supposed to have chocolate milk...instead the gave me salmon.. was the dining room busy? No.... we're they short staffed? No clue... but none of these should excuse the poor customer service that I received...
Katherine is the sweetest waitress ever! She was very accommodating at helping me pick the perfect dessert for my grandmother and my grandfather and I loved our food! She made this visit a perfect experience! We need more people like you in the world. Please leave her more than 20 percent always! She needs a raise :D
Went to enjoy a meal with my children. Well we waited for 1 and a half hours and never received our food. I have some patience but damn. We watched other tables get seated order taken ate their food and out the door. Well the excuse was that we had a big family. There were 6 of us, three teenagers a 12 year old and a 10 year old and I. Another table had 6 also, sat after us, ordered, are and left. We had never received any food. The excuse was that we ordered chicken and they all ordered meatloaf?????? Never again will I go to that restaurant!!!!!!!!!! We all left hungry.
Was in September 17th, had lunch. It was great! All the girls working were so nice! Kelly k was our server. She was one of the sweetest people ever. Wonderful service!
Our server Tracy was a doll, employees seemed nice, food was good and bacon was cooked just right. Everything was what you would expect. Only bad thing I could say was we were sat at a dirty booth, but they were very busy and turning tables is part of the game.Food: 5/5
Service was great with pretty decent menu, could use a bit of a adjustment utility overall good. The food was pretty good but I was shocked when I got my country fried steak, I was shocked cause it was a frozen breaded meat patty!! Really people we don't know how to make country fried steak, I mean it's in the name. Could have also used more gravy for the "steak". The overall service was awesome and the waitress left us wanting for nothing. The decor of the establishment could be brought up to date a bit but it was clean so big plus Kid-friendliness: Some great kids meal options Parking: Nice size parking spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and lots of room to maneuver

Ordered family supper. Door dash was there early waited for food. Food came ice cold fish and shrimp was a joke. Shrimp was bigger that the 2 1ich pieces of fish. Pot roast stroganoff was dry and no taste or sauce. Did not have the dessert that we ordered. No cocktail sauce. Ketshup .the whole meal was a big disappointment. A waste of 90 dollars. This was always one of our favorite resturants. No more never again.
