We were seated, asked what we wanted to drink and then nobody came back for 20 minutes! After they seated another table. We were again asked what we wanted to drink. They came out took the order of the table they just sat which later we found out were other employees. Then took our order and again asked us what we wanted to drink! And we didn't get our drinks until we got our food... The food was overcooked and extra crispy. The entire visit was horrible!
The wait staff were friendly and quick to the best of their ability despite being a really full restaurant. The cooks however are awful and need to practice more. I understand being busy but that does not excuse majority of food being burnt. Burnt French toast, burnt bacon and sausage. Toast was both burnt and soggy and it didn't taste like butter or even margarine on it more like a vegetable oil on it.
Miranda the waitress was super nice! Food is always delicious! 10/10 would recommend!!!
So the waiter was great but my food not so good. Had to reorder breakfast that was not right then the second order was not done all the way. So I still was not happy. Went again with my bf and pumpkin pancakes were not right either. And I love them but u just never know . I am tired of spending over 30 bucks and not happy . We were going at leastv2 times a week. I was very dissatisfied with the service at this Perkins location, and found multiple hairs in my food. The service was not very good, and our server walked past us & ignored us multiple times even stopping to chat with coworkers at the table right in front of us + talk about the hair, laughing about it.. The first time we found hair in the plate of food, it was sticking straight up, clearly visible when it was set down in front of us. We asked for the dish to be remade and the server took the dish to the kitchen, and came back a minute later to inform us that the hair was an “egg hair.” It was sunny side up eggs, and there is no such thing as an egg hair. Upon further inspecting the dish, we found multiple more hairs and once again asked for the dish to be remade. A “New” dish was brought out shortly after and it once again had hair in it that were multiple different colors, and French fries it was a breakfast dish. Our server offered to give us a slice of pie and was surprised when we asked for the meal to be comped. I’ll stick to the Sartell Perkins
Mandy, went to your restaurant tonight ordered salad and peppers and steak skillet. They brought out some kind of minced meat. I sent it back. Cook tried to tell the waitress it was right and if I wanted steak it was an upcharge. What was provided didn't even look like the menu or pictures online. Waitress was great, salad was great too. I left your restraunt again tonight having not got the correct meal.
Food was perfect not dry or over cooked. Had a good cook for my meal. Services were great and our waitress was very friendly. Parking: Front of store 6 spots Wheelchair accessibility: Able to park comfortable and get in and out of vehicle
Have never eaten here before and stopped in for lunch because I had gift cards. Instead of hearing "Good afternoon and welcome...", it was "just one?". Coffee tasted old and watered down, the little added potato soup was gritty and the salad was dry and limp. Also horribly overpriced as coffee, soup and salad should not cost $22 for one person. Will not be returning.
Very unhappy with our recent order from Perkins, and DoorDash! If we would have been eating in their restaurant, they would not have served us food that looked like this! They must have run out of pot roast and should not have tried to send me this.
We've enjoyed eating at this location in the past but were highly disappointed tonight. Our waitress was abrupt and seemed in a hurry to get us out the door. She dropped off the initial receipt and ignored us for 15 minutes - it took someone else on staff to notice and ask if we needed anything else we wanted to order dessert as a treat for my parents' anniversary. My father said his pie "tasted like something that came out of the prehistoric era". Half the shrimp I ordered were almost burnt. Not the worst experience I've had in a restaurant but it makes the list.
