My experience here was far less than pleasant or decent. I ordered what is pictured below 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon, toast and, coffee. The person I was with ordered the same thing but got a single sausage patty instead of bacon and a glass of orange juice. The bill was $26.38 with a 15% tip the bill ended up being $30.34. In my opinion this was extremely overpriced. If breakfast is this expensive I am not even going to consider this place for lunch or dinner... If I am not satisfied with a place I just don't leave a review and do not return. In my opinion this was so grossly over priced that I just couldn't let it go.. In response to Perkins reply. Yes you most certainly do have this on your menu. The picture is your Fabulous 5 which is on your menu. The picture is with the toast option. Nice try though..
I had the best experience! The servers are so amazing! All of them are helpful and kind. The food was delicious! I had the triple egg dare ya. The pancakes were perfect, the French toasts was full of flavor, bacon was crispy and they made my eggs just the way I like them! The remodel looks refreshing. The hostess was friendly and personable. I took a French silk pie home and that was so delicious! Great job Perkins staff! I will always choose Perkins!
All I can say is that the service was GREAT and my food was prepared as ordered. The tomato basil soup was delicious. Stephanie was prompt in greeting us in the lobby and was VERY friendly! Monica was our wonderful server and made us feel at home. She made our lunch experience memorable! We joked around with her and she joked right back! What a great time.
Service is a huge factor for me to visit a restaurant. The main reason we continue to visit is because Brandon takes such wonderful care of us. He’s patient, funny, and always does a wonderful job. He’s a huge asset to this location. They’re remodeling and it looks very nice. I have noticed that some of the items taste like old oil. It’s not pleasant but overall, the food is good and has a nice variety. Kid-friendliness: Nice and inexpensive for kids options.
The staff here goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. Food, service, and atmosphere are always a class act. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Great service and food, but the carpet smelled really old and needs to be replaced. If it wasn't for the staff's hospitality, we wouldn't have stayed.Food: 5/5
I usually don't write bad reviews but I can't let this one go. My husband and I went to dinner the other night. The room was reserved by the group I was with. There were possibly 20 people. We were assigned one waitress. We got there at 5:30, the meeting started at 6. We wanted to eat before the meeting. We placed our order at 5:45 We waited and waited. The meeting was over at 7:15 and we didn't have our food yet. The waitress was not attentive at all. I asked repeatedly how much longer and was told this is a big party. I said no I'm a waitress and this is not a big party. I have never ever waited so long for such mediocre food. I asked 3 times for a refill of iced tea. Which never came. I reported it to the manager on duty and let her know I would never be back.
Went to Perkins for breakfast earlier today with my wife! Place was clean,and nice and cool. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. You can tell this is a well runned business. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Other restaurants should follow! We will be making this establishment one of our go to stops regularly. Give it a try folks, You'll be so glad you did!
On my last visit to Perkins, restaurant it was a delight. I was fortunate enough to get a friendly, knowledgeable attentive server named Candace. My server made sure to take my order in a timely manner, and after the meal was served, Candace made sure that my drink glass stayed full and my dinner was as I had ordered. It was an enjoyable and relaxing dinner.. P.S. the pot roast is really good!!
The server we had needs to find a new job. I very rarely complain and didn't even really complain this time. It may have been her first job or she may have been new but servers need to have a outgoing and positive attitude. There was nothing there and no attention to detail. Still hope for her the best of luck.Food: 5/5
