I think my experience could have been a WHOLE LOT better, had we gotten a DIFFERENT server. Ms 'Brandi H' was our server. She had bad attitude towards us, upon us getting seated. Ordered the Tremendous 12 to share - requested sugar free syrup, got the regular. There were, we counted, 7 other servers, a total of 8, not including the mgmt. Every other server appeared happy and chipper; ours? I'd swear she got a tlkn to by mgmt before we came in, by the appearance of how she carried herself! Specifically asked for "extra burnt bacon" and it came out soggy and limp. Had to send back and she acted like we put her out in the rain! Came back and still limp. Whatever! $23 for a bad waitress, and couldn't even eat the pancakes, cuz couldnt do the regular syrup! Dietary restrictions: When customer requests sugar free syrup, bring it out!
Love this place! McKenzie is awesome! She and Staci are the best servers we have had anywhere. Friendly and attentive always. They make everyone feel special and welcome. Perkins is so lucky to have them.
We ate at Perkins last night, our server was Misty. There was limited staff, with Misty being the only server for quite a while. She did a great job, didn't get flustered & very pleasant to all customers. We were amazed at how well she handled things as it got busier while still maintaining her good attitude.
Dined here multiple times during a recent visit to the area and every time was wonderful! Staff is great --Shout out to K Y! He provided the Best Service we've received in a Long time. Food was delicious. Sadly no Oreo Silk Pie until next season but we'll be back. Thank you !
Great breakfast. Food comes out quick and is always good. McKenzie is a great server! Very attentive and always asking if there is anything more you need. Keep up the great work Perkins and McKenzie! I ordered the pot roast, usually very good in other locations. They brought me out some charred meat smothered in burnt gravy. I told my waitress it was burnt she took just the meat back then returned with more overcooked meat She said I wasn't going to be charged but when I went to the cash register it rang up full price, the manager said it was replaced in under 10 minutes so it was full price. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, both management and workers are different and both the service and the food is terrible. Do not eat here.
My husband and I love this Perkins. The food has always been very good and the waitresses are wonderful. McKenzie and Staci are so sweet and so attentive to our wishes. Looking forward to stopping again.
Crystal took great care of me without being overbearing. She kept me abreast of my order as it was busy and my order took a while. When I received my food it was fresh and the cheese eggs were the best I've had while out to eat, so compliments to the chef.
My wife and I eat here regularly and usually have a great experience, however this morning was nothing like that at all. I ordered Pork Chips and eggs breakfast. My eggs were ordered over easy and I received eghs over raw. My Pork Chops were over cooked and dry with no seasoning on them. I told my server Brandie how I was not happy about the quality of my breakfast. She then went back to the kitchen seemingly to me thinking she was going to correct the situation but didn't. We could here her complaining about me to the cook that later I heard was her wife. Then she brought the cook out to show her who complained. I will no longer eat at this restaurant if I walk in and see her or her wife there. Iwill just leave. My usual server is Stacey and she is very pleasant and inattentive. Please address this with your staff. TY
The waitress was very nice, but the food was subpar. Wondering if the chef is new maybe? We had a large group, so I know we would have to wait a bit for food. However, the food we received had issues. Toast came unbuttered and one person received the wrong bread and it took til we were done eating for the correct toast to come out. Food was plated very messily and one person’s hash browns had fallen off onto the tray. No bad remarks for our waitress, though! She was so nice.
