The EV charger Perry has made available for free off I35 is extremely helpful. I now make sure my route takes me through Perry whenever possible. Thank you City of Perry!
Before I moved to Perry I heard how awful their utility department was. Sadly it was proven true. I have lived here for over a year and have had multiple issues with them. I have only scheduled a late payment on one separate occasion and paid within the arrangement. During the pandemic I called to schedule an arrangement to pay a week and a half late, was still given a cut off notice and a $20 "service charge" on top of the late fee. I was not cut off and paid within the cutoff date and still charged the fee. Very disappointing.
Sad that a Perry PD will tell you that if you take proof in to the courthouse that the ticket will be dropped. When the person went in to take care if it and took the proof with them the person said it won't happen and had to pay the ticket Boy Perry is money hungry! I have heard this about other things but thought the residence was wrong. Now I believe everything I was told! Sad they don't care about their residents or Perry employees.
Went to get bills turned on. They very friendly and polite so helpful. It was pleasure speaking with all staff there
Always prompt to fix electrical problems especially after storms. I like the way they update customers on their Facebook page during a crisis.
So I called them to find out how much my bill is like I do every month cuz they won't mail it to me..yes it's in my landlordsl name but i pay it..what I don't understand is why she told my wife she didn't have to tell her the balance of the bill so she could pay it..further more I've been going into that building for 13 months and paying cash for the electric bill without incident...till now..and another thing..why is the crooked city hall getting away with charging a 300 dollar deposit in this little bitty town when ponca city where I pay another bill without problems is a substantial amount less and it's five times the size of Perry!!!...might as well hire crooked Hilary Clinton....I have another example..how is it that a single mother with two kids under 10 both in school in a two bedroom house and the mother works 65 hours a week have a 625 dollar electric bill..???..we seriously need to address the price gouging of utilities at City Hall...I'm gunna do some digging of my own..and if I can prove any corruption..I'm taking them to their KNEES!!!!!
