About Perry Barse CPA:
Perry has been in public practice for over 42 years. He is a 1970 graduate of Sacred Heart High School and a 1974 graduate of the University of Scranton, earning a BS in Accounting. He has and continues to be active in community activities. He was a member of the Vineland Jaycees from 1975-1987, serving as chapter president and being honored as the Outstanding Chapter President by the New Jersey Jaycees in that year. He served two terms on the local YMCA Board of Directors. He was the Founder of the Vineland Basketball Association in 1985 as well as being a long time youth basketball coach.
Perry was an elected official in the City of Vineland serving as a Member of City Council from 7/1/96 through 6/30/00 as Mayor from 7/1/00 through 6/30/09. He was a Commissioner of the Landis Sewerage Authority from 2/1/87 through 6/30/96 serving as Chairman for five years. He is currently serving as a Commissioner of the Authority.
