Nothing but five stars for service. The team has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when I have inquired about different policies or had a question. It seems like they truly care about what is best for their customers. I specifically would like to point out Jackie who went above and beyond for us. She was professional and so easy to work with.

Worked with Jacki Grimes on my car insurance policy and questions prior to starting a claim in June 2023. She not only was very helpful and informative but she provided a piece of mind that everything was going to be fine. And everything did work out! Thankful for State Farm's coverage and this agencies professionalism, honesty and truly caring about their customers. Thank you Jacki!!

Definitely choose this insurance team. I have been with them over a decade and have been nothing but happy. They are friendly and super flexible when it come to helping and communicating with you. Bundle all you can with them, they are good people.

Lisa and Layton always the best agents. Great customer service and knowledge and have helped through the insurance quagmire for a few years in Florida. Insurance/ Florida. These words should not go together. ! But those two  are great. Also great phone service when I call.

The service and sales teams are wonderful.   They are always helpful, respectful, and informative.  I was able to save significantly compared to my previous agent and they bundled to save me even more.   I would highly recommend calling for a quote.

They deserve NO STARS. I was lied to about coverage, coverage changed monthly. The monthly premium went up and then at one point tripled with no explanation. After I called to get things fixed I was lied to by staff saying it was all done and nothing to worry about. Then they without warning cancelled my insurance. When I called to find out what was going on, they then quoted me a 4 times higher amount to pay, saying nothing can be done. They are DECEITFUL, DISHONEST, and LIARS. STAY AWAY.

I have trusted Statefarm with all of my insurance needs for about 8 years now, and will continue to do just that. Mary Escusa was my insurance agent throughout those years and she always delivered the best customer service. Efficient and very reliable. The office itself is also very professional and welcoming. I will be a customer for life with Statefarm because of my experience.

Lisa met with me and calmed my anxiety about an insurance issue. She was prompt to respond, spent time with me, and followed through. A very positive experience!
