"Preserving the Sands of Time"
The Perry Historical Society, incorporated in 1992, was formed to collect and preserve for future generations, historic items that originated in Perry Township, North Perry and Perry Villages, including photographs, books, manuals, memoirs, permanent records, documents, letters, clothing, furniture, collectibles, and other items of historic interest, to provide for their preservation and display, and to disseminate knowledge and information to the general public regarding the history and culture of the Perry area.
The Perry Historical Society meets at 10:00 am on the second Saturday of each month in in the Manchester West School Module Room at 4261 Manchester Street etc. Meetings which include featured speakers are open to all who wish to attend. For information e-mail [email protected]
Our Perry History Workroom in the Manchester West School Module Room at 4261 Manchester Street is open Tuesdays, 9:30 until noon. The workroom serves as the location of our history collection and as the administration point of the organization.
The Perry Historical Museum, formerly the Old Town Hall, located where Center Road meets Main Street, is open the second Saturday of each month from noon to 4 pm.
