The official page of the Perrysburg Township FOP to keep the community informed of our upcoming events and fundraisers!
The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Perrysburg Township Lodge 184 was established in 1989 and currently boasts 19 members. Members of Lodge 184 include sworn law enforcement officers and emergency dispatchers of the Perrysburg Township Police Department (PTPD). Lodge 184 is a subordinate of the State of Ohio Fraternal Order of Police and in turn to the Fraternal Order of Police Grand Lodge---the world's largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers, with more than 325,000 members in more than 2,100 lodges.
The FOP is committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and the safety of those we serve through education, legislation, and community involvement. Lodge 184 is an active part of the community sponsoring various events throughout the year such as “Shop with a Cop” and fundraising activities for their memorial scholarship. The John Malone Scholarship is given to one student from Penta Career Center who wishes to continue his or her education in law enforcement. It is given in memory of Officer Malone, an officer in the PTPD, who passed away while serving the residents of Perrysburg Township.
