It’s decent but paid too much for it got the most expensive option and still have dirt and etc weren’t done on my car, it’s good but not exactly what I paid for
Purchased the most expensive option to get a good car wash and they did a horrible job. The outside and the carpets were the only things that were cleaned . Def do not recommend this place . Will not be going back .
I will never go back again. I went for an oil change, and got the free car wash after outside only and once I returned home I noticed a bunch of scratches on the side of my passenger side door that WAS NOT there before. I went back and filed an incident report, however the manager and other men on site tried to say that those scratches were all there before from car doors/carts hitting into the door…. It absolutely was not like that before this car wash. They tried to make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I KNOW those scratches were not there. I’m not one to complain or confront but this was terrible. I wish I could add the videos but I can’t.Service: Oil change
Overall a great service for the value. They do a great job at the vacuum station, the machine wash is great, but where they lack is drying. I pay about $60 a month for the highest quality unlimited wash. Unfortunately, since the drying team does such a poor job, i always keep a rag to stop a block away to finish drying. I recommend you do the same. I understand when they are super busy and the line of car goes into the streets, but when it’s like today and there were only 4 cars in total…. Come on… do better drying team. On top of all this even if they don’t deserve a single dollar more for the service, I almost always tip. I went here last week for an oil change. The guts who work there are super friendly, and you get a complimentary car wash with every oil change. I went when it was raining and got rain check for the car wash. This place is well priced for an oil change, and I've been to many. They do recommend the correct oil fir the car and let you know why. They are honest about the specific oil for the cars. These guys know their stuff! I highly recommend going here. It's close to my apartment, so that's even a bigger plus.
I wish I could put a minus Star instead of 1 stars because this place doesn't even deserve that. I went last week for an oil change because I had no other choice, the oil light of my car turn on and it said to stop immediately and I was just few block away from this place. I didn't want to go because last experience I had it wasn't good because they insisted so much on doing something else to my car and they always want to charge you more. But I really needed this time. Of course ,the man that works here the one that also speaks Spanish he insisted to change a million things in my car, I said I only came from the oil change. He insisted more times and I had to really told him a hard No for him to understand! Then, he wanted to put a very expensive oil which my car only needed a synthetic-blend and because I told him really strong I just wanted a regular oil change, of course they put an oil that looks like water, but that wasn't even the real problem, I just found out, they put a wrong filter. I've almost lost a car because of it, because the circulation was not working right and was having serious problems. It was blocking the oil to go to the motor. This place is the worst and I know many people have told me not to trust this place and go but I decided to go because of the oil light turned on and I had no other choice but I didn't know that they were going to put a wrong filter that almost destroy my car so I would have the necessity to go back again and "ask for help". Son unas ratas y casi me destruyen el carro y me quedo sin carro y todo porque no quise no acepté que disque arreglen más cosas del carro? Eso no se hace! So por favor, tengan cuidado porque tu carro puede salir en peores condiciones o con algo nuevo que está mal para que te tengas que regresar!
I will never return and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This place used to be so much better a few years ago. I got a car wash and it was probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten. I have a brand new car so it wasn't that dirty. My car had residue of bird poop still and dirt by the back bumper. There were streaks on the windshield. Also they didn’t vacuum the seats at all. Just the floors and barely even did that. My car was still wet and the inside wipe down was rushed and unfinished. Parts of the interior weren’t even touched. Terrible job. Mind you, they weren’t even busy.Services: Polishing
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I had an oil change done since I had the oil change my car started to experience a leak I had the manager come to check out my car who then advised me to take the car to the shop for a radiator and Thermostat pipe replacement. My car the next day after getting it back overheated and started smoking again, took it back and continued to have the same issue. Now after getting stuck in the interstate I’m experiencing an even worst leak than the first time where I had to take the car to an actual mechanic who thoroughly checked the car and has said they just applied sealant all over the replaced parts basically putting a bandaid on everything. Now I have to get the Cross over pipe, Thermostat housing ,water outlet/heater pipe replaced once again.I communicated with the manager Caleb he told as the car was getting taken to the mechanic if the damages were their fault they would cover the cost of the car. When I went to have the converstation with Caleb about the cost he then started yelling at me and tell me he wouldn’t pay for cost. I have no way to contact the owner because I’ve tried calling directly to get through to the owner and they don’t know who the owner is. I would not recommend coming to this place for any type of service, let alone from a place who isn’t an auto repair shop.
Horrible car Wash and horrible costumer service. Went to get an oil change asked for the regular service, the guy doing the job ended up doing the most expensive oil change service and even stole the screw of the windshield wash and put a glove on top! Ridiculous, if he stole that imagine what else he can get. Ps: don’t read what they have responded, didn’t even put on the review what type of car I had and they “checked” security cameras OK! Not friendly. Car not clean. Won't go back. Never been here before so I ask about the packages. I only wanted outside cleaning and the guy looked at me funny. I wanted more than basic but he was confused. I ended up with the $18 package which was not even on the list of packages.. I guess I got custom package?? In the end I was not happy. The 8 people who wiped down my car at the end missed so many spots. See photos.
