Brought my brand new car to one of their locations for a car wash. The car and all the rims were in mint condition, and the machine destroyed 2 of my rims both on the drivers side. When the machine was pulling my car through it obviously dragged the rims on the metal rails that are there to keep the car in place. The manager took my complaint like a joke completely unwilling to Work with me and then he said “yea we have people say we damaged their rims but it’s not our machine “. He obviously didn’t realize how ridiculous that sounds. He was completely unwilling to do anything or take accountability.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Would give this place negative if I could.... the guy who guides you in did the opposite. Just stood there. Not even 15 seconds later my tire light went on. When done went to vacuum the car out and noticed something off. My tire was completely flat. Went to put air at the Irving, but can’t because the valve stem is completely snapped in half. Went to tell staff and he said he can’t do anything. He proceeded to call his manager who supposedly is nowhere near. Was told they will look into the matter tomorrow. Poor customer service and lazy employees who can’t even do the simplest of tasks.

Yo I've lived in Waterbury for over 20 yrs. Never in all those years did I have the vacuums turned off on me while vacuuming 17 min before they close at 8pm. I was only able to vacuum the passenger side of my car, leaving the rest un vacuumed. How RUDE! TO THE ATTENDANT WANTING TO LEAVE BEFORE HIS SHIFT IS OVER!

I went for the first time and wanted the silver package. Employee told me to go with the fast pass for the same price. He did not tell me that future withdrawals would be double the price. I have been spending the past 2 weeks trying to cancel my membership. They won’t do it at the location, they said do it on the website. So I tried the website and it says it cancelled, but it doesn’t. I used a prepaid card for this reason, everyday they keep trying to take the money. I tried to contact the main office from the contact us link on the website, with no response. Call the location and it rings for a while then disconnects. Will never go back!

I arrived at 7:45 to wash my car…I drove from Milford ct…. Apple Maps States this business closes at 9… when I arrived… I spoke with the attendant and she stated adamantly that the car wash closes at 8…she then shows me the online hours stating they close at 8…I said, “ but the only problem is….it’s 7:45…it’s not 8 yet and I drove a long distance to get here”…she said,”I know it’s not 8… but we’re closed anyway”…I said,”ok for the future what is your actual closing time?…because it’s not 8…because it’s7:45 and your closed?”…she said…we actually close at 7:30…. Ahhh ok… that’s a very poor business practice…. I’m looking for a new place to purchase a subscription…that knows how to state basic hours of operation and keep their word… that was a long and unnecessary drive.

Never coming here again! Service absolutely trash. These people will never ever see me again. The employees are extremely rude and take no accountability for their wrongs. It’s a shame that this place is even open tbh. -100/10

I pay monthly.  However I'm bout to get rid of my monthly plan and go elsewhere . The biggest complaint I have is you can never use the vacuums ...there's always some reason why they are not working. Forcing me to go vacuum my car somewhere else. Why am I still being charged full price every month when I can barely ever FULLY clean my car there. Terrible.

I live and work in the Danbury area. I make it a point to go to this car wash. It's been very reliable. Nobody bothers me. I don't have to get out of the car. And I enjoy hip hop and rap music as we vacuum out the cars.

I wish i had taken before and after pictures, i simply went to remove the salt and dirt from my car and it barely looked any cleaner! Weakest car wash I’ve ever been to! I used to use splash car wash before i moved to Waterbury and trying to find an equivalent to their quality.

Recently started with their monthly wash plan and I love it. I don't have to fiddle with the machine payments every time I want a wash, priceless this COVID era. Staff is generally friendly and particularly helpful.
