So happy I was told about Pet Guards. It is very accommodating, and everyone is doing a great job. Prices are reasonable. I will never take my pets anywhere else. Thank you for your great service.
Wonderful caring group of people!! They care about you and your pets! They try their best to go through everyone waiting quickly but I never have felt rushed through or not listened to. They offer a shot clinic, spay/neuter clinic. I have been using them for 15 years with several pets and they are wonderful and lower cost than vets offices. I can save for the bigger issues they can't handle by saving on shots and yearly checkups. They will someday have enough for an xray machine and then possibly offer more services but until then I highly recommend them for basic care of all your dogs and cats!
We got our bernedoodle neutered and they absolutely love him, they took great care of him and we were glad they cared for him as their own!.
Friendly staff, good prices for pet care. You have to actually walk in during certain hours to make an appointment though. This is the reason it lost a star. Once you're in though, it is a nice affordable option.
Had a great experience here getting a stray cat spayed. All of the employees, from the front desk to surgery to the veterinarian, were extremely nice and helpful and seemed to genuinely care. They weren’t answering the phone the day I called so I went in person to make an appointment and they got me in quickly. They get overwhelmingly busy with limited staff and resources and I was very impressed with how well everything was handled for my appointment. Thank you!
There’s a sign outside the building saying if you can’t be nice go somewhere else. Apparently that does not apply to the vet tech, who was extremely rude to me. I know how this facility is about fixing animals - this same women told me to fix a puppy at 3 months which is just absurd. She gave me a very hard time about my dog not being fixed barely 1 year old, no plans to breed. To the degree - she literally could be heard talking badly about myself, in the office. Entirely - unprofessional. The most annoying part of all this, as she is being very rude to me, she says “well it’s all opinion when to fix a dog”. I would like to repeat that. It is all opinion, and I didn’t ask for hers. I’ve discussed this with her main vet, which I explained before this person got very rude to me. As for the doctor, he was able to have a professional conversation with me about it, and not go about it so rudely. Even if you never spay your animal with no intention of breeding - that’s the owners decision and your vet tech has no business being so rude about it. Being able to have a mature conversation about something like this is important for someone in the vet tech position. Together, we can “educate” your vet tech, and she can learn how to talk to people.
Amazing people. Kind, helpful, accommodating and extremely affordable. I love them and have been using them for 5 years with current pets and then yearrsss ago for my old pets when i was 19 years old, and i am 32 now lol so yeah they are a great place to go to.
Great place! It's inexpensive, and I feel like they actually care about their patients. My Chihuahua is 16 1/2 and they've helped get him there.
PetGuards is a great place to take you pets for great care.
