Mark is wonderful. He came recommended by family as they had brought their girl Zena earlier this year. They really do care about your babies and treat them with love and respect. These are good people. They aren't overpriced and took care of everything. In my darkest hour they were so accommodating and understanding. I hope to not need you again soon. If I do I know my babies are in wonderful hands.
Very efficient and respectful services rendered in our very sad loss of our faithful 19 years old family dog. I am grateful to them and knowing his ashes will be scattered in a farmland bring us peace that his next life is freedom too.
Losing our miniature schnauzer was incredibly hard and Mark walked us through the entire process. We were shown where the cremation takes place, how long the process would take and were even allowed to come back early to see the remains before they were packaged. We inquired about seeing his remains before packaging, as this was our first pet cremation, and we were all scared and nervous in general. Please be fully prepared and understanding of what you will be seeing if you opt to step in during this part of the process. The comfort and closure we received was unmatched and although we are heartbroken and missing our little guy, we saw through his final moments of life and are 100% satisfied with his cremation. He is home.
Our sweet Chloe passed away on 1/23/22. We had a vet come to the house and help her cross over due to her sickness. The company took her away and said that the company who cremated her would have her back in a week maybe. We got our little Chlo back on 1/27/22 early in the day. The company was quick to get her remains back to us and also included a note. That note tho it might just be a small gesture meant everything to us. Losing a pet is not easy and you can tell by the little gestures they care. Her Urn is beautiful and even though we didn’t pick it out, it’s just want we wanted and is absolutely beautiful. I would go with the company again just for their thoughtfulness alone.
Mark and his son Josh were unbelievably kind and accommodating through the whole experience. It was very important to me that I have a private cremation, with a viewing, and to take home my pet the same day. Pet Haven was the only facility that basically said to come when I could and they would take care of me. And they did.
Over the last few years Pet Heaven has helped say goodbye for now to 5 of our family. They have shown the utmost respect and care for them and us. I hope it's many years before I need them again but I'm sure where I will turn. God bless you and thanks
My baby Bella passed away 3 days ago. I could not afford to cremate her. Some people on a Facebook page im on made donations to help me. Pet heaven was so kind to me. They took all the calls and made it happen. I got a beautiful urn and a paw print of my baby. The people who donated also got me a locket. Pet heaven are amazing people. They are kind and understanding. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the card. It meant the world to me
I am glad we chose Pet Heaven. She allowed us to be there when Bandit was put into the cremation chamber and we watched him come out. It was really comforting to be sure he was cared for respectfully. She allowed us to place him laying in his bed, wrapped in a blanket, with his favorite toy and flowers. I was not offered a paw print but it sounds like a great gesture. We will definitely ask about it the next time we use this service. The urn is really nice and you can also order from a wide selection if needed. Pricing may not be on your mind at the moment but compared to the other providers we paid a reasonable rate. In Charlotte the same service was $160 without an urn but Pet Heaven only charged us $120 for everything. Bandit was a special member of our family that brought us joy for 17 years. We love and miss him. Thank you for helping us when we needed it the most.
I have used Pet Heaven for over 10+ years. I cant express enough how wonderful this company and their service is. They are the real deal and I can confirm that you have your one and only returned to you. I just recently lost 2 cats within a 2 week period. They are always so prompt to accommodate with what you need. I am forever grateful.
This Company & People are wonderful people & Company. My 18 year old fur baby girl Princess Allen passed away a little over two week’s ago now. We live in York, SC & they came to pick her up & Cremate her & bought her back to us the next day. They could’ve charged us so much more for coming to pick her up in York, but price’s from what I was quoted earlier that day were very very reasonable. I will be getting a gold heart pendant necklace soon from them.Great service, & thank’s for doing such a great job with our baby girl Princess. I hope you all didn’t think we were awful parent’s & people because she had lost some weight & had a bruise on her mouth, but she wasn’t eating, & she had fell out of her bed & hit her mouth on the hardwood floor one night. I did try to get my baby to eat but she locked her lip’s & wouldn’t, I promise you all I wasn’t starving her or beating her Prayers & Blessing’s to both Mark &Dawn Mauney hope you all are in business for many more year’s to come.
