My wife and I have been taking our dogs there for quite a few years now. What an excellent place. At one time they closed their grooming service and decided to become just another pet shop so we had to use other services in town and had ample opportunity to compare. We were never as happy as with Pet Masters service. We are glad they reconsidered and opened their grooming service again. To be fare there were very few instances over the years where we were not entirely satisfied with the grooming results, but all we had to do is mention that to the groomer and everything was done to our satisfaction next time around. Communication is excellent and my dogs always look terrific! I would definitely recommend this place to any dog owner.
TJ & Jim are fantastic people and groomers. I am very particular about who takes care of my fur baby and they do an awesome job. They have moved and changed the business name. As of April 1, 2017 no joke they will be at 701 Garden Street, Titusville FL under the name Grooming At Tiffany's. The phone number is the same.
We have been taking Dusty our LHasa Apso to Pet Masters since someone told us about them at our condo. We wouldn't take him anywhere else! He does not get nervous and is always done to our satisfaction, looking like the sweetheard he is. We have never had a problem and find them to be very polite and ready to please the customer. I've been going there for serval months now and they have done a terrific job, love the fact that they text you as a reminder twice before your appointment. It's convenient for me because it's like 3 mins away from la Cita condominium, never had any problems so far a they do a fabulous job on my yorkie. Keep up the great job.
I visited this store to get my dogs nails clipped and found it to be efficient, friendly and prices were great. In and out in 15 minutes with a smile and without breaking the bank
TJ has an enormous amount of dedication, experience and knowledge. She does an incredible job on my Poodles.
