My five doodles boarded at Pet Paradise Gainesville Fl for a week. I received information daily with pictures, watched my pets at play on web cam, saw counselors supervising playtime, hold, cuddle and pet my pups. Communication with staff in person, telephonically, emails, texts were timely, relevant, professional and supportive. Minor health concerns were immediately addressed and I was informed and consulted by on site veterinarian services. Admission and discharges were effortless no simple feat with a five dog family client. Administration and staff took as much time as needed to get accurate and precise feeding and care instructions. When I arrived to pickup my pup family, the doodles were well cared for, relaxed and clean. Congratulations to this team of professionals. It was our privilege to board our precious pup family members at Pet Paradise in Gainesville Fl.
I have had my pet board here a few times and I feel very comfortable leaving my pet here I also sign her up for a wash and go bath and it’s great. I highly recommend this place. The service has always been amazing. They usually answer my calls but even if I leave a message they get back to me quickly. This place always looks very clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating :
I only went with a friend to pick up a pet she boarded here, but this place seems AMAZING. Kitty condos and lots of open areas for the dogs - they even have a bone-shaped pool! The prices seemed reasonable, and they also offer grooming services. My friend was extremely pleased with her experience and plans on using them again.
Took my 2 yr old Lhasa Apso in to be groomed, he came out half neutered, they charged me full price and he didn't even get a bath. I had to take him to the veterinary right away for medication to help with the pain. STAY AWAY FROM THE GROOMER'S!!!!! If they were not able to do their job properly they should have called me to come get him. I would have appreciated and had more respect for this place if they would have just called me to come get my poor baby; I'm so disappointed!!!
We love this place . Very clean , the staff is so friendly , informative, and helpful . There's a veterinarian on sight and at least 16 people on the staff working and playing with the dogs through out the day . Full time groomer also on sight and a bone shaped swimming pool, that was Cocoa's favorite I'm sure . All we have to say is " Do you want to go play with the dogs" ? And right away her reaction is always over the top . We don't dare tease her lol because she won't stop until we go . Thank you guys !!
I believe this is a good place to leave your dog from a cleanliness/facility perspective. My issue is the costumer service and difficulty of getting a hold of anybody with their corporate automated phone routing system. I tried calling their Gainesville location directly today and got put on hold for over 10 minutes then forwarded to their voicemail.
We dropped Lady off at the pet resort for a couple of days so she could have some doggie time. We love Pet Paradise and so does she. Daily pictures and report cards. Ice cream and swim time. Totally recommend this place! #spoileddog #petparadise
Brody seemed to have had a great time. I was a little taken back that I was not allowed to see where he was kept, was hoping to be able to go with the person to get him. Makes me wonder why...
River right of the black dog went to doggy daycare at Pet Paradise in Gainesville last week for the first time. He loved it and we loved him too. He came home one pooped out pup and totally enriched. Great place and the staff is totally amazing. I highly recommend it.
I don't think I can say enough good things about pet paradise. My baby just turned 2, and she is a skittish girl. However, the staff made her feel very comfortable. They offer a free first day of camp, which allowed my dog to get used to everything, so when it was time to board her, she was ecstatic! It was very comforting to get a report card and be able to watch her on the webcams at any time. They have lots of space, by the time I got my dog back, she slept for like a week! They are amazing, and well worth the price. So glad I found Pet Paradise!
