"At Pet Pawsitive we offer puppy & doggie daycare services 7 days a week from 7am-930pm. Our doggie vacationing services includes daycare as well. All of our services are by appt only and all pups are required to pass a 4 hr social assessment before they are welcomed to join our Pawsitive Family. We vet all of our furry guests prior to attending our facility to ensure the safety of everyone.Don't forget about our Luxury Kitty Vacays!! If you haven't seen our newly renovated Kitty Villa, you must book a tour!! Our Kitty condos are HUGE and we now have a kitty playroom too that over looks the Bay of Quinte!We have separate play groups to ensure safety & our Pawsitive Movie is a huge hit!!Your Pets Deserve a vacation Too!"

I have never met such a talented group of individuals who put their heart and soul into work every single day. The level of care they provide is exceptional. I learned so much from these amazing people in the 8 months I spent working here. Leaving wasn’t an easy decision, but unfortunately some personal conflicts came up. I am forever grateful for the family I earned. Not only did I work here, but I also met my furry best friend, Mocha, who I adopted from one of our clients. I never worried leaving him at daycare because I knew he was getting the best care from his favourite aunties. I speak first hand when I say every pup and cat that enters that building is treated like family! I recommend Pet Pawsitive’s Luxury Pet Resort to anyone and everyone I can, because they put in the effort to make sure their environment is safe for every one of your fur babies. Mocha and I miss you guys! We can’t wait to come visit
Words are hard to express how grateful I am that I found this place. Not only do they provide fun, interactive and loving care they are committed to working through any problems. During covid my dog took a long break from daycare. When she returned she was full of anxiety and was struggling. She was stressed and had withdrawn herself. The staff and especially the owner were open and honest about the issue, they made sure I had the information I needed and worked with me and my dog to make change. My pup is back to fully enjoying her daycare days, this was a long road but I am so glad they didn’t give up on me or my pup. It’s so important for dogs to keep their connection with daycare. Long breaks makes the transition back harder. Consistency is key. We are still working on separation anxiety following covid but with the knowledge and tools I gained from working with the staff things have greatly improved. Highly recommend.
Like Carrie who reviewed a few months ago we had a very similar situation. Doping your dog is strongly pushed. Luckily we found an alternate in the countryside in a much nicer, dog friendly setting with an experienced caring staff. Want real reviews speak to others in the dog parks in the area. I did after the fact. Carrie and I are not alone. There was no follow-up with us. Just pay your invoice! Please don't repsond with a long lengthy reponse as you have with other reviews that don't meet your approval. Instead spend the time with those who have been put in your care. Personally I'd rather not write a review than write a bad one, but considering this is about the safe care of animals I made a exception.
What a hidden gem. This business is run with integrity, professionalism and and heart. My "baby girl" loves going to daycare where she is obviously treated very, very well. Tanya definitely runs a well oiled and tight ship. I wouldn't want it any other way. Her requirements have a high standard which is reassuring to me for the safety of all the dogs. The staff is truly remarkable, well educated, highly versed, responsible and just a wonderful group of people. Haven't done the overnight boarding yet, but I fully intend to book there as I do have an upcoming wedding this fall. I recommend looking into Pet Pawsitive if you are seriously interested in finding good quality care for your pooch if and when needed.
Daisy had another great day at daycare. She came home happy and slept like a baby. What an incredible facility. The staff is always willing to assist me as a newcomer and greets us with big smiles and kind words. I feel confident in leaving our pup in such capable and safe hands. Thank you :
The people looking after your pups at pet pawsitive are family to your pups and as family they put the welfare of your canines first. I cannot say enough regarding their dedication and diligence with all our furries. I feel so at ease when Angus is in their care, not only because I know he is safe but also because they maintain high expectations and standards which assist me to maintain a happy social life for my boy. They are the village that can help you raise and maintain a healthy happy well adjusted pup. They understand the intricacies of positive dog behaviour and work with you to provide and maintain a well socialized dog. They make it look easy because they love what they do but I appreciate the dedication each of them bring to the job to help Angus maintain his wonderful disposition. I could not do this alone. Thank you Pet Pawsitive team. You are an amazing group of people.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at Pet Pawsitive! We’re new to the area and we had last minute plans and needed a place to take our dogs and the staff there were extremely helpful and got our dogs in asap! It’s also great as the staff treats the animals there as their own and gives them nothing but love and affection! I Highly recommend them for all your pet daycare and boarding needs!
Trigger always loves going to Pet Pawsitive. The team at Pet Pawsitive have been so amazing with accommodating Triggers needs. I also love that they post pictures of them daily, but also they keep you informed on how well they did at daycare. Pet Pawsitive is my #1 choice!
We absolutely love Pet Pawsitive! Our dog Rogue always has a great time and comes home tired. The staff are very friendly and professional.
