Usually great, friendly service. Been going here for 6 yrs. However, on my most recent visit the girl at the register seemed more interested in her phone than working. The prices are competitive. They have the quality brands that larger stores dont have.
The woman who assisted me Was very helpful. I told her how I believe my older dog is going senile and whenever she feels like she's being snuck up on she tends to bite. So I said I need a the muzzle. I asked her if I could bring my dog in and have my dog try them on in person. She Said yes and she told me not to feel guilty I was only trying to Make the best choice I could to protect the dog And my children. When Spring and I made it to the store my poor guy was so scared that she peed. I apologize and offer to clean it up. But She turn my offer down and cleaned it up herself. She was not upset or angry which I really appreciated. She then got my dogs A sample of treats that have something in them to help with stress. As I would shopping for a muzzle I noticed that she had lots of pet accessories. And her prices Were fair. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal and great service.
The people here are great. Always super friendly, and a pretty good selection of dog and cat foods. Especially for special diet stuff. Prices are just a tiiiiiny bit high, but I'd rather pay the difference and support local vendors rather than PetCo.
This store only sells high quality food/treats for your fur babies and they are always willing to order in food if they don’t have it in stock! Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Oh and bonus that they sell some locally made treats!
Helpful, friendly staff. Carries higher end, lesser known, better quality food and toys. Has community building events, such as the free Charicature Portrait of your pet, drawn by an artist, over the Christmas holiday. We had our k9 sit for her portrait, and it turned out very cute.
Need more of those little wicker balls for the cats. Can’t find the ones I bought last time. Also feathers on all toys are destroyed. Mission accomplished. Have you got non toxic metal bowls for pets in raised servers? Saw them last night on tv but was half asleep — no lead or other dangerous toxins that can leach off to hurt our pawed kids.
They loved watching my cat eat those tubes of inaba churi and even took video. At least my cats are satisfied that it was in stock. Cashiers were friendly to my cat.
Very knowledgeable staff, especially the young lady. I am impressed with her knowledge for as young as she is. She should be thinking about being Veterinarian or a field in animal diet.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our puppy loves going into the store to pick up her food and treats.
Great little pet store, at least for a dog owner. They have every product I like at decent prices, and with a friendly staff.
