Heather and Pets Place as a whole, are FANTASTIC. We have a Welsh Springer Spaniel who requires a particular style of grooming and Heather NEVER disappoints. We've been there 3 times since moving back to the area - we drive 40 minutes from Stuart - and we will continue to be customers of this courteous and professional business.
My baby Bailey has been almost impossible to groom , especially his nails! We have had a few incidents in the past, but today was the best day ever! Pets Place Grooming is so awesome. They really care and are compassionate. They had nails done in minutes and with bath we were out in just under 45 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You put this mama at ease and Bailey now has new friends!
I could not have been happier with the service. My cat is a long-haired rag doll and she needed her nails cut she also had matt's in her hair on her hind quarters that she wouldn't let me touch. Jen at the shop was very kind with the cat made her nails short, trimmed all the fur on her paws and got all the matts out of her fur. I could not have been more pleased, she was very friendly very professional and I will definitely be returning. Gracie is very trim but with all her hair she looks like a big old chubby.
Today was our first visit to Pets Place Grooming and we will definitely be coming back! Everyone was so nice, and they took great care of my baby. The best part is that my dog was comfortable and happy when I picked her up and she looked great! It is so nice to find a groomer who not only does a great job, but also makes the dogs comfortable and happy when they are there. Thank you ladies!!
Now I understand why this place has the reviews that it does. From the minute we stepped through the door you could feel the warmth and the professionalism coming from everyone. After filling out the obligatory forms I was then introduced to my groomer who went over my preferable cut. They asked about my fur baby’s temperament, whether she would socialize with others, should they kennel her, did she have anxiety BUT they gave me options to accommodate her, making sure her experience was the best. I left her with the groomer feeling overwhelmingly emotional. I had found the right place after years of enduring terrible service. Not to mention the cut they gave Chloe was the BEST she has ever had. No mismatched pieces of fur, everything was completely even. Thank you Lynn, my groomer sorry I was so overwhelmed I forgot your name and the rest of the staff. Chloe and I have found our forever place!
I was in today and had the best experience! Heather was very kind and very professional. she did a really good job on my Malamute Alaskan. Frannie was very soft nails were trimmed great and had a really cute bandana and bow on her. will definitely be returning thank you again Heather for your great service.
Just moved to Port St. Lucie and was looking for a groomer for my Max who has some anxiety issues. Jennifer the Owner called to book appointment. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and I knew this was the place. Since Max has some anxiety she recommended a first morning or last appointment of the day. I also mentioned that I didn’t want him crated and she suggested an express service which was fantastic! Jennifer recommended Heather for Max and she was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Max loved her! The whole staff was very welcoming especially Lynn the receptionist who also gave me a name of a Vet in case I needed one. When I picked Max up he looked wonderful and happy and that is most important. I am not one to write a review but this is the place to take your pets. I give it a 5+. Thank you Jennifer for making me feel very comfortable and I know Max is in good hands when he is at Pet’s Place Grooming! The above comments are from Max’s first visit, he was groomed today6/21/23 and still very happy and so is Max! Heather has been grooming him for almost 1 year. For a dog with some anxiety and not liking his paws touched, he has come a long way. Picking him up today everyone there said he is doing so well and is comfortable being there. Heather is wonderful with Max and the staff is awesome. I am very picky, Pets Place Grooming will take care of your dogs trust me!

Totally recommend!! Great service! Staff is friendly, listen and do a great job. Tico had some health issues going on. I had asked the groomer to check into something Tico would do and they did and gave me some good feedback on it. I appreciated that!
We had a great experience. Very professional and calm. Freddie was in such a great mood and had a wonderful bath! Thanks so much!
