The staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. I recently adopted a female roborovski hamster from here, and she is the sweetest thing ever. Of all the Pet Supplies Plus locations I've been to, this was among the best.
Always has a really good selection of items and lots of variety. They always greet me when I come in and when I bring my dog they offer a small treat when I check out! Sometimes the animal smell is strong but it is a pet store. They also have a small strip of grass outside for potty breaks with supplied dog bags .
I love this place so does my dog, they gave her a treat at check out not that she needed it because she is going on a diet. Took the pup there the other day, a wild pit/mastiff mix, he's a little wild, they were cool with him walking around smelling everything, I don't believe he got a treat after we bought something. My only issues are the ever exceeding prices of items. I can't pays 25.00 not a dog bone, I don't know a lot of people who could afford something like that. So fix your prices.
Great store for my dogs. Employees are kind and very helpful. I have shopped at this location for many years and always receive great service. I'm a very satisfied customer. Curbside pickup is also a great convenient service.
Looks like it wouldn't be good, but it has everything I need every time. Don't judge a book by its cover here! I have cats and dogs. They have both your basic food and your higher ends. They have super helpful staff that always checks in and helps carry things to the car if you want.
Smaller store but very friendly & helpful staff. They trimmed our 2 puppies nails for $20 & it was quickly done. We will happily go back as we camp nearby.
I love this store. Manager Chris is the best. However, I was in their the other day and had this cashier check me out that literally rummaged through my cart and then gave me a total. I had several loose cans of cat food a small items along with big bags. I was surprised that she didn't not bag these small items. I thought maybe the store was out of bags so I asked if I could have one and she just threw it at me. I was so dumbfounded I just stood there holding it. My advice to anyone going there is do curbside where they have to bag it or be prepared to bag your own.
Better priced than petco. Items always instick. Pets always have clean cages. Feeder bugs are always alive and fresh. Always greeted. Always someone around to help if needed. Always helping animals get adopted. Petco is 5 minutes from my house but I will drive 20 minutes to shop there instead.!!!!
People here were very friendly and they had some clearance items that were awesome deals.
My fiance bought a Scorpion! Really I was terrified but was reassured by 3 employees that they can't climb! We barely see him but he is kind of a cool/different pet. Our 3 year old named him Peter. Woke up this morning to a climber! Is this normal?
