They were able to get me into a grooming appointment on such short notice which was AMAZING. Our groomer was Molly, who did a fantastic job grooming my milo. Definitely recommend
Pet wash review only - compared to competitors pet wash across the street- not worth the 1$ difference. The dryer is low grade and would take entirely too long to fully dry my dog. I definitely prefer the hoses where the shampoos are included - minimal perks to do the wash here vs competition. I wanted to lie it because I love the store itself.
How and when did the price for a dog wash card DOUBLE in price? I paid for 5 washes for $40 when it use to be $25 and the soap is different- no longer have the different options. It seems like they kept the same different bottle but all the same soap. After these washes, we are not sure we will be able to continue to wash our dogs here. We also will have to look for another store with more affordable dog food prices too.
The store associates are very kind and helpful. I work with a couple students who have internships stocking shelves and other tasks while we are here for about an hour each week. We appreciate the opportunity and having the community partnership!
I used to get my Crickets from here for my Bearded Dragon until he passed away. Came here 11/27/22 to grab a few Happy Birthday treats for my dog who was turning 1! I knew I could always count on them having Crickets and treats! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I also needed a coat for my 1 year old PUPPY. He's a giant American Bulldog. And they didn't have any big sizes of clothes for dog's. The employees were friendly! And I was in and out!
This store employees every time I go there always greet you and someone always asking can I help you find something, no just looking and if you have a few items that are heavey they always ask do you need help out to your car. I am 84 and I buy a lot of gravel also so that is a big plus for me.
If you go to Grove City to shop at a pet store, Pet Supplies Plus is the one you want to go to. They usually have everything I need and at decent prices. I just went there tonight after going to another pet store first and I seriously should of just skipped the first store, I knew better. I was looking for mealworms for my teenagers pet lizard and at the first pet store the bowls I opened they were all dead. So I just left that store, went to Pet Supplies Plus and found what I needed, they had them alive, and I got a few other things while I was there.
The staff is amazing. I had a great conversation for about 15 minutes with an associate and felt very welcomed into the store. My problem lies with the fact I bought crickets 2 days ago and now I have nothing to feed 5 Leo’s because most if not all of all of them are dead. I normally buy from Petsmart but they were out and I’ve never had a bad experience here so I assumed the same for feeders but I was wrong. I’ll still shop here, but not for crickets/feeders for my animals.
Went in yesterday to buy cat food that was on sale. Ended up grabbing the wrong kind. Christian was super friendly about the mix up and helped me get the right brand. I love the prices and the courteous staff. Thanks for making my kitties happy!!!
Groomers are friendly and if a shave down was what I wanted this experience would have been perfect, but this was in fact not what I had requested . I had expressed to keep her fluffy and they kept speaking of a shave. If she was a neglected, matted puppy, I would understand. But I’m sure even the groomers could tell there was no matts. She’s combed daily from head to toe. When they showed me an attachment which I was believing would keep her fluffy as this is what the groomer said. This was not the case. On top of this my shihtzu has an eye that after a day is still not fully opening. I took pictures for proof as well and brought her in when I received my refund. The manager did an excellent job handling the situation, and I have no hard feeling for the groomer as she did her best overall. I would consider taking her back if they just avoid putting this “eye cream” on her as well as keeping her longer next time. I felt awful having to say these things because I know the groomer was pleased with her work when I walked in and she showed me my puppy. It isn’t a bad cut, just isn’t my preference overall.
