I have been shopping at the Harborcreek, PA store ever since it opened. My visits have always been excellent. The staff is fantastic and very patient and friendly. Whatever you are doing to get these kind of employees, keep it up. Best pet store I ever shopped and I have had dogs a long time and shopped other places before the Harborcreek store opened.
Super employees willing to assist with my needs. Lots of deals every week with coupons available in store. I get my dog's food, treats and usually find a new toy that's on sale at a price I can't resist.
PSP Harborcreek has the nicest staff! They do a wonderful job helping customers and keeping the store clean and organized. The wash stations are easy to use and are always clean. My dog and I love shopping here!
Staff here are usually extremely nice and helpful, but not today. I picked up an online order and the woman who brought it out to me was incredibly rude. It's unclear if she was angry that the door wasn't open when she walked out with my order, but her tone and shaking her head as she walked away after giving me a sarcastic "have a great day" felt so unnecessary and frankly unacceptable. If you would like the door already open when picking up an order, I would highly suggest putting those in the pickup instructions. We shop here often, and I didn't appreciate the attitude.
Staff is awesome. They helped me get some items for my new puppy Remi.
Great variety except for what I was looking for on the day I was there. I was told the product was discontinued when I knew I could get it on line. I liked the convenience of stopping by the local pet store, but unfortunately no longer. Another product I was looking for was not on the shelf and the employee, who was extremely rude, told me that was discontinued also. I hope this employee was wrong about this product and also changes her attitude towards helping people.
Whether I go into the store or get my items delivered, they are great! The staff is always helpful and polite. The HC PSP is my store. :
Tons of selections for your furry friends. Also, staff are very helpful. Some things are a bit pricey but they do have sales... and a customer reward program
This location has easily grown to be my favorite branch in the area. They even took a call from me an hour before opening which saved me a lot of time out of my weekend by letting me know when their groomer is available. The crew here is easy to approach when you have a problem and the store is always clean and welcoming. There's a lot more I could say, but this review would be a novel. LoL Just overall a fantastic experience any time we go in!
Harborcreek store employees are always amazing and the delivery driver is always extremely nice and courteous. 10 stars all the time
