They had one of the two items I was looking for so not a totally wasted trip. I was looking to buy a Dog Exercise Pen and the mats that can be used indoors to protect floor. The mats are also usually waterproof or known as washable pee pass but on a larger scale. They had the pens but no mats so kind of a bummer. Can't really use it inside without one. I ended up stopping by another store and found a washable substitute item. Other than that and substantially higher prices everything was fine. I buy specific items at this store when needed and do not mind the higher cost due to what some may call instant gratification. I look at it like dogs are living creatures and when you need something you need it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and nearly always well stocked. Plus it's located right up the street which is always an added bonus.
This review has nothing to do with the staff- they are aways wonderful and I’ve always had a good experience with them, this has to do with their self serve dog wash. I have always come here for the self serve dog wash and thought that it was fantastic for people who cannot bathe their dogs in their home or after a day at the park. Their shampoos were top quality even diluted they left my dogs smelling fantastic and that’s coming from a groomer. My dogs felt and looked great and for a fantastic price! 5 for 25$! Great for someone with multiple dogs But after their recent price increase I expected the same quality. That is not the case. The shampoos while no longer diluted are sub-par and my dogs still came out smelling awful. The blow dryers partially worked one had a broken nozzle and the other was not powerful enough to quickly dry like their previous ones and towels were thin. The 5 bath deal is now 40$ and the stand alone bath is 14$. I would have no issue with this if their quality was the same. Please consider this review when bringing your dogs in for a self serve wash.
This store is my “go-to” neighborhood location for all my dog’s supplies. The manager and staff are extremely professional, helpful, kind, and friendly. They have researched many items for me over the phone to make sure they are in stock before I place an online order. Further, they are very organized and efficient for curbside pick-up! I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus !
This store is always clean. When you walk in the door and they always greet you with a smile. I have gotten more animals because of this place and I just brought my disabled neighbor up to the store and she hasn't smiled like that since being in the hospital for 3 months. The vibe in the store is wonderful and the groomers do the dog Boomah. He loves his them and they treat him so well. The self grooming is awesome never a line get in get out and always clean from previous dog going in. This is like a vacation for my pups. And you can get your shots there and vet care on the weekends. One stop shop. Couldn't ask for a better place.
Get your Body and Hair Butter from the African and American Stores. This will be great for the cold weather season and it is for both men women and children.
I love this place. I drive an hour one way just to go there. My groomer Jamee is amazing and my kitten loves her. He is very comfortable with her trimming his nails. They have a very comparable canned cat food to Fancy Feast and he loves it and saves you money. The store manager is a major sweetheart and is very helpful. They have a store bird that is very loving and enjoyable to watch.
We absolutely love this local Pet Store. Great Staff and an absolute ton of selections for any animal one could have in or at their home. Prices are very competitive and a decent rewards program. I will gladly keep giving my business here, Petco and Petsmart are not personal and very limited on variety.
Great service. Staff good about letting you know whats on sale. Friendly. Good prices. Did the store pick up for the 1st time. Super easy, got my order together super fast. And they wrote a cute little thank you note.
I went there today for my 1:30pm appointment with a groomer named Kelly and was anticipating getting my dog groomed. Stood in the salon area and no one was in there which is fine because I assumed they’re probably busy. So, I rang the button for someone to come, no one came. Waited a couple minutes, rang it a second time and I stood there for 5-10 mins. After waiting an employee came in to help but then informed me that they have no idea where the groomer was. Apparently, she had other appointments that day and she didn’t show up. Since, this was my first experience with the groomer service I will try to give them another chance and will hopefully be able to get it done.
Love this pet store. They have great prices and I usually end up shopping when my dog’s food is on sale. I got help the other day picking out a toy for my power chewer of a dog. She rips up all her toys, so the worker recommended a Kong Tugger toy, that even if she destroyed the plush part there’s a rope toy underneath. My dog loves it so much that I got her a second one, and I got my dad’s dog one. Even my other dog who’s not that big on plush toys loves it! Very knowledgeable staff!
