I have been coming here for yrs. Love the neighborhood feel they are so friendly and always ready and willing to help. I’ve seen a lot of management /staff changes but never has the customer service changed. Top notch
Friendly and knowledgeable staff overall. One young man seems very passionate about his job and is great at informing customers about shipping delays for pet food and quality of food items. Another older gentleman was able to direct us to the best product for our dog, with consideration of county laws. Other staff seemed friendly and were busy helping others! I've been going since early 2000s and the quality hasn't dropped at all. Love this place and the staff!
The employees were great & I found the products I was looking for. The only bad thing was one RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER .
Had our first ever delivery and it was awesome! Super easy, packaging was great and the attention to detail was top notch! Cute joke on the envelope and some treats for the pups!! Thanks so much! Hope to see you in the store soon!

Fast, friendly service. A team member always calls if an item is out of stock to see if substitution is okay. Online ordering for curbside pickup is great.
