I have shopped this store many times in the last few years. They seem to be knowledgeable about what they sell and are able to give educated opinions. Their prices are in line with the higher quality products they carry. I love their self-service dog bathing area and have taken my large dog there several times to make use of the facilities. So much easier on my back!
Their self wash station is incredible! I have 2 large GSD and they fit in it wash area nicely! It has a nice spa like feel for the dogs. It is a very open area! The staff is great. The price is fitting as well.
It's so much easier to bathe my dog Ashland there. For $10 you can bathe your dog and dry. It always cost me a little more because of the open basket treats. Ashland thinks they're complimentary. I went yesterday, and the person before me paid for Ashland's bath. So naturally I tried to do the same. So I will buy a gift card to give to a customer.
VERY Friendly Atmosphere, Great STAFF members. Great selection of products and variety. Bathroom toilet has broken seat and appears to haven't been cleaned in a week or more. Use seat protective cover if available.
I always have a great experience when I go here, which is at least once a month for dog food. They carry a premium brand of dog food that grocery stores and other pet stores do not have that my dogs' breeder recommended. If they do not have it in stock, they will order it. They carry dog toys that can stand up to a GSD's hard mouth and last more than a few weeks. When I brought home a new puppy earlier this year they welcomed him at the store, sent home extra treats and sent us a card in the mail. I wont go anywhere else for my animals.
I love this place. I have always went to Petco until one day decided to go here. The dog treats have more variety and less expensive. But now my favorite pet store is closing down, hate to see this place go.
Love this pet store. Great chain wherever I find it. Brandywine, Edgewater, Gaithersburg all have friendly staff, good prices and an unique selection.
It's a cool place. They have a self serve pet wash area, prices are fair for small chain/not being a national chain, and the sale prices were great
Stopped in just to see if they carried a KONG treat dispenser for cats. They didn't. Stopped off at other pet stores and they didn't carry it either. Clerk pointed me towards the internet.
Friendly and efficient service. Well stocked. Pet baths reasonably priced.
