Employees are rude and unhelpful. Prices are expensive. Vibe has gone very trashy last couple years, management is a joke.
Free ice cream cup were given to the doggies. My dog loved it. They had the dog toothpaste I was looking for. Very friendly staff.
Inside the store, so hot, we cannot breathe This temperature it is not gonna be good for the products inside the store And the stuff inside they don’t really care about the store. It’s been a month I go to the store every day looking for budgie food and the shelf is empty and non one of them checking or doing inventory. pallets everywhere Its been more than months pallets sitting there on the floor between shelves
Excellent floor service and helpful employees. The cashiers aren't very friendly or they weren't to me. Overall, 4 Stars.
Big store with huge collection of tons of products. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Made call to the store several times over the past year urgently looking for products/recommendations and they never disappointed us. They genuinely help customers in store looking for products. They always have some beautiful young buggies! And the best part is, they do price match!
Used to be okay, now employees are rude and hang up the phone when you ask why parts of your order were not delivered. Mark has clearly stopped caring about who he hires to run this place.
I been going there for so long when I had pets. I wouldn't buy any more fish from there. They die to quick. Other then that I like the store
Very Very misleading prices. Nobody gives you a heads up you need a membership card to get discounts it isn't even listed on the price itself...Because of that I ended up paying a whopping $55 more. Example...Hat cast $2.00 on sale...I check receipt and they charged me $12.00...
My pet supply, just love that store people great always have what l need, everyone is beautiful and kind. Thanks for good people.
We've been going to this store for over 2yrs and it used to be very pleasant and stocked well. The employees were helpful and respectful. But NOW, it's become the ghetto pet supplies! I don't where those little girls were hired from but they have NO manners what so ever! They don't stop having conversations when you walk up to pay. When you are paying they stop in the middle to talk to the other employees who by the way are just standing there. Just recently I was there and the one girl just stood there staring at me the whole entire time! The other day that same little ahole made a comment about my mother, she thought she didn't hear her. But there's never a manager around, so the employees behave like five year olds. We customers spend a lot of money in these stores but I've had it and refuse to put up with the lack of respect and consideration from the cashiers anymore!! There are other places to shop.
