Awesome place with such a wide variety of snacks and toys or products for your pets and not just dogs . They even have a bath area for your significant other . Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable in belonging me find what I need. Will be back for more
Always great customer service and experience when i go. Staff usually helps me out with great suggestions on different topics. Its always clean and i love giving my dog a bath here. They have everything, towels, blow dryer, different shampoos, etc! You can't beat that.!!
The manager is awesome! Five star manager! Most of the employees are kind and helpful as well. One lady though in her 30s with black hair and a little heavier setI'll get her name and edit this next time I go likes to "play boss" when the manager is away but she does not ever put the customers first as well as is very rude if she does not like you. I love shopping here but her attitude might be the deal breaker that makes me stop! Maybe she needs more training... She deliberately "forgot" to order the case of cat food I need and buy twice a week!! Very disappointed.
I shower my 5yr old GSD approximately every 2 weeks in the store. The tubs are designed to handle large dogs. It is very clean, convenient and inexpensive. They provide everything you need to shampoo your dog. The staff is professional and helpful.
This place is so awesome. Most of the employees at extremely knowledgeable about there products and about pets in general. Wont try and sell you something just because. Love it love it love it.and my dog loves going there also. Always gets free snacks and ask for the coupon book
Extremely friendly staff. The gentleman who was there about two months ago on a Sunday was very accommodating. I lost track of time while bathing my Siberian Husky and didn't finish drying him off until well past their closing time. The staff waited patiently, never rushed me or even mentioned that it was time for them to close. I was very surprised by how authentically nice they were.
Store is very clean and organized, but way overpriced! You can find the same items they sell cheaper at petco or on chewy. I still stop by occasionally on my way home from work to buy my dog a treat, but for everything else I go elsewhere.
The 2 associates were very helpful and informative. Recently purchased a puppy so I was looking for assistance in care. Great place to visit. Very sad to hear they are closing soon. Was looking forward to shopping there.
Pet Valu offers a variety of foods and even offer a free sample bag from their own brand. They have plenty toys, clothes and other products! The staff is very knowledgeable. They also offer vet services in conjunction with community vets on specific event days!
We got to use a coupon for a free dog tag, but some other things there are pricy. They do keep their fish in some of the most humane housing options I've seen in pet stores and I highly recommend them in that respect.
