Visited this flower store while on vacation. Was able to walk in, pick out my flowers, and purchase cash only the hand made bouquet in less then an hour. Prices were reasonable and ladies were extremely nice and helpful when I was trying to find a flower close to a Peony flower.
Always a pleasure going into this florist. Quick friendly and convenient service.
They've lost their touch but the price is still expensive. Had to leave there with the arrangement and stop at another florist to add flowers and fix it properly. Even though I ordered ahead of time, the arrangement still wasn't ready.
Very lovely and quaint. The arrangements alone can be costly but it's worth it. Plus they have really good prices and wonderful service..
Mrs. Outten is a very nice lady. She has helped me a lot with my wedding. The store is very reasonable and will work with you. Will definitely be back.
Awful service. Lied to us twice. once about amount money owed and then about driving around albany marina for THREE HOURS!!! if you know albany marina it takes 10 minutes to walk around the whole perimeter of the place. Absolute disgrace. I will never use this company again. ****BOAT CREW BEWARE****
I would not even give this business one star they dont deserve any stars they are the WORST!! This company is a JOKE!!! Outrageous. The flowers were delivered a day late and they had the odastiy to charge 200$ extra in "over time" because they did not deliver on time. They were every rude on the phone and hung up on me and disconnected the line when I tried to call back. I will NEVER use these people again and to save you bad service I recommend STAY AWAY
IF i could leave 0 stars i would ... I am in the US and ordered flowers for my girlfriend who is currently working there .. at TPA marina so i called them and they charged my card right away and told me flowers would be delivered at 1 so i tried calling when nothing arrived .... i tried calling and calling phone line is disconnected! and when the phone rang no answer!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! 100% JOKE.... STAY AWAY!!
Very Friendly people. Very helpful and attentive. They will help you design the perfect arrangement based on what you may have in mind or they can design something for you from scratch. The owner is a sweetheart.
Nice, real flowers, punctual delivery, accurate service; they also have cards for various occasions.
