They did the flowers for my wedding, they were absolutely stunning everything was perfect I highly recommend it. Lenny and his stuff was extremely  healthful and very kind friendly and patience.

I ordered this basket for a friend of mine who's taking care of me while I'm sick.  She absolutely loved it!  Petals & Stems did a great job on the flowers & it's a perfect choice for dog lovers!  The website was easy to navigate, the flowers came on time, and this basket arrangement is absolutely ADORABLE!!!  I'm new to the area, so I'm so glad to have found a quality florist nearby!  I'll definitely be using Petals & Stems again!  Thank you!!

We LOVE Petals & Stems! Lenny is a true artist. We first used him for our engagement party and were blown away by how beautiful his work is. We hired him again to create the bouquets for our wedding. They were STUNNING. He created the exact look we were going for. Also, he and his wife are the nicest people you will ever meet!

Lied outright about delivery times, and process. Driver stood there after delivery wanting a tip, after tip had been included in price. Was rude on phone.  I'm not delusional. You were rude on the phone to my wife,and are a liar. Your delivery people didn't do as requested, and wanted more money for not doing their job. Just because my name isn't in your supposed database, doesn't mean I didn't pay for it.

I live in Los Angeles, my sister is in Suffern NY, wanted to send her flowers today, Lenny was great, very helpful, I told him what I wanted and gave him my budget. My sister called to say she received the arrangement and it was beautiful, I asked for a picture, she was right, it was beautiful. Thank you Lenny!

I had flowers that were delivered and when I received them they were beautiful and smelled great however they were a bit limp and not fresh.  When I called to mention they quickly came and picked up the flowers that were delivered and the next day I was promised new flowers.  I wasnt going to be at work they were so accommodating and they sent to my home.  The new flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing.  Thanks to all the staff for sending me and treating me wonderful!! Thank you so much and will use again!!

Wonderful bouquet and great easy service

I went in person to buy some flowers. Apparently they cannot deal with a live human in person actually in the store in front of them.  Phone calls and invisible on-line orders take priority. Seems the way of our digital age.

I placed my order at 9:30 am and Lenny gave me a call at 10:10 thanking me for my order. Not only did the flowers arrive the same day but at NOON! My mom loved the arrangement and it was better than the picture online! Amazing customer service, would highly recommend.
