I recently had surgery and was delivered flowers from two different florists. While the bouquet from the other company was disappointing, the bouquet from Petals was the complete opposite. The arrangement came securely wrapped in paper to protect the flowers. The arrangement itself was put in a box with tissue paper. The gentleman that delivered the flowers called to let me know about the delivery because we didn't get to the door right away. The flowers are still going strong, almost two weeks later. The attention to the details made me feel so special and I am beyond grateful.

I Love the Feel of having a Personal Florist, I have been an Extremely Loyal Customer to two Previous Florist in the past in different part's of the country. Made the mistake of signing up for FTD once only to find out that is the most impersonal way to arrange flower's. I wasn't looking for a Personal Florist today but I know I found One. I ordered a Christmas bouquet for my Grandparents in Cedar Lake. They have been RAVING about the flowers all day. The delivery on Christmas Eve day was timed just right so that the flowers bloomed and opened a few hours after delivery. They keep commenting on how unique all the flowers are and how big the arrangement is. They have been looking up the names of the flowers they are not familiar with, and are so thrilled to learn about the new flowers. I am incredibly happy with the service Petals provided. I will be using them in the future! 2022 edit: I used Petals again for a Christmas bouquet and they knocked this one out of the park too! I live in California and placed my order at a distance, asking the designer to pick whatever they thought looked good. Well this time they included PINE CONES and an ornament, and my grandparents are over the moon! They also mention how the flowers from Petals always last a long time, and the bouquet even looks good as the flowers start to wilt and dry. My grandpa also said the delivery driver was very helpful in getting the flowers into the house, and gave some tips for acclimating the flowers to their home. This shop is amazing!
Great service! Highly recommend. I had called for a last minute arrangement needing to be delivered same day and by a certain time. They had no problem putting something together and ensuring delivery as I requested. The arrangement was beautiful! The recipient was very impressed with how big and pretty the roses were.
