Clean store. Easy to navigate! It's been tough finding the right purina pro plan for my dogs since all the recent supply issues. I was finally able to find it at this petco after months of looking! My dogs are happy and so am I. The staff was super friendly as well.

We love bringing our dog to Petco for grooming! The attention to detail in the quality of the services provided or exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Although the staff is friendly and polite, there seems to be no sense of urgency no matter what day or time I go there. It should not take anyone 25+ minutes to ring up and grab two dozen crickets. This doesn't even count the time I spend standing in line which they usually only have one register open. This happens to me nearly every time I come to buy crickets usually once a week.

The store itself is great and has a good selection of products for my dachshund. However, I made a grooming appointment for her at this location and I was less than pleased. My dogs appointment was around 1 pm and I didn’t pick her up until 6. I don’t understand why there’s set times when your dog will end up being crated for hours until they get around to your dog. I took her to petsmart on Telegraph and she was fully groomed in under an hour. I hated the fact that my dog and multiple others had to go wait in crates in their back room until the evening to get worked on. I believe they overbook their appointments which causes dogs to wait for hours even though their set time was confirmed. If I booked my dog for 1 pm, I expect her to be on the grooming table no later than 1:30, not 4 or 5 pm. If you’re looking for a better groomer then I recommend petsmart in Bloomfield Hills.

I’m happy with the way they treated my pet at the grooming department, but unfortunately I am not too happy with the results. We paid for a bath, teeth, and cut and he barley had anything cut aside from his paws. Just not what I expected coming from the wonderful grooming at the dequinder rd location in Warren.

This review pertains only to grooming services: I have been taking my dogs here to be groomed for a few years. My senior dog is delicate these days and I’m picky about who I trust him with. He is also a NASTY boy who plays in the mud and rolls in burrs. We’ve tried a handful of different grooming services, and by far this location has been the best; he looks and smells great, no sneaky missed burrs, ears and teeth clean, and he’s not itching from dry skin anymore because he gets the ‘spa treatment.’ He LOVES the groomer and is always super excited to go in, and I know that they’ll be gentle with him. All of the stylists are great, especially Phallon and Sierra.

I knew I should’ve came to Petco in Auburn Hills first because they always carry the brand of dog food I need. But I was near the Pet supplies plus in Oxford so I thought I would stop in there. After being so disrespected by the rude staff, and not offered any help, I left there and came to Petco. I walked in to Petco and was greeted with a friendly hello and smile even though I was not wearing a mask. : The staff was very friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction of the dog food I needed. Upon check out the cashier was very friendly and was happy I had a good experience in their store. Petco has a large selection of dog and cat food. They also have fish, reptiles and supplies for them along with an adoption room and grooming room. I was a lot happier giving Petco my $100 rather than PSP! I will only shop at Petco from now on since they understand not everyone where’s masks and they always have the brands I need!

Great Staff nothing against those kind souls….but this location fails to offer products to support bioactive enclosures for reptiles and amphibians. I recommend carrying isopods and springtails to help maintain natural healthy and clean enclosures for the animals. I also find it frustrating they they often don’t have food in stock that they should have regularly for my reptiles….the animals are in stock….but the food sure isnt…

Great store. All associates are very helpful, cheerful & have a lot of patience. Well stocked & clean store.
