The young women who was working with the fish and her assistant yesterday were SO NICE AND INFORMATIVE! ALL OF THE STAFF AT THIS STORE ARE GREAT!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE for all pet needs.I would like to add a note to self and all... When I walked in I was rude because I couldn't get an answer right away. I didn't think that was me but apparently it is. I apologized and the clerk immediately tried to make me feel better about being rude to her. CAN WE ALL PUT ON OUR REALLY NICE PERSON HATS WHEN IN STORES AND RESTAURANTS, ETC. !!!!!!!! It costs a lot to live here and these people don't make huge money and most places are short staffed.

This store is awesome!! Definitely my go to for my clan.The employees here are ACES, ALWAYS! I needed help in aquatics and Katie was very kind and helpful. I’m clueless with aquatic plants and she was very helpful! Thank you Katie! ^_^

This Petco location is a fairly large, huge assortment for dogs and cats food and other items. They do have fish and reptile sections bigger than most stores however still really small, not a lot of variety.

AJ was amazing . He helped us with our dog's needs . He explained what we needed , took the time to read the instructions on the label. Very sweet towards our french bulldog .

If I could have selected zero stars I would have. PetCo refused to refund my purchase of an unopened bottle of Tap Water Conditioner for my pond simply because it had been 40 days since I made the purchase and their arbitrary window for refunds is 30 days. The expiration date on the bottle is 07/2027 so it could have been easily taken back and resold. Ridiculous! I'll shop for my pet supples elsewhere now where there's better customer service.

Very helpful staff and you can basically find anything for your pet here. Also a fun experience with the kids. Keep up the good work.

Rachel was the lucky groomer to cut/buff my Jacks nails. Jack is such a squirmer and Rachel was so patient with him. Thank you Rachel for taking great care of Jack!

I just had an amazing experience with Morgan I think was her name, if not I’m sorry! from the Grooming Department. She took extra good care of my very anxious dog during her first grooming experience. I will 100% come back and recommend her to others. All the people working in the Grooming Department were super kind and patient with my scaredy-dog. My dog came back sparkly clean and super soft.
