Stacey was awesome! She went above my expectations and had an amazing personality. Perfect temperament for the field she works in.
I love the welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shelves are always stocked and the store was clean and welcoming when I visited. Pet stores usually have lingering pet odors which can be nauseating, but this location smelled fresh and was a delightful shopping experience.
Our dogs food is delivered to our house. We noticed a small hole in the bag, and decided to return it. The cashier was very polite and helpful with the return. We had our 90lb pitbull "Groot" with us, and felt very welcome. I would encourage the use of a muzzle depending on your dog. The store was clean and organized as well. Great staff!
The personnel are well- informed regarding food and animal care products. In my case, my miniature dachshund recently had 12 teeth removed, including two teeth that were infected and abscessed. The girl I spoke with at Petco suggested the type of food I should buy until she recovered and could transition to a mixture of wet and dry food. I have always found the employees at that go to be patient and compassionate. Our pets are our babies, and they understand this.
Stopped in Petco to find out about anti anxiety meds for my dog. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped greatly. Had a problem accessing my Vital Care Premier account on their computer and they helped me figure it out. Outstanding service.
My pup always gets Thee BEST service from our favorite groomer, Ramona! So kind & lots of patience every time!!
Horrible experience here. Dropped in to get some pill pocket treats for my dog around 530 on a Wednesday evening. When I walked in the only employee in sight was the dog groomer. No one even at the register. Couldn't find what I needed so I started looking around. Finally got the managers attention after several mins wandering around whom was sitting in the office. And I assume could see me She directs me to the item I need, but sadly the pill pockets were severely understocked. So time wasted. I also didn't like the fact that the parking lot is so pitch black dark that you can't even see your hand in front of your face. Never seen a store like this. If it wasn't for the streetlights on rt 31 you wouldn't be able to see AT ALL. Not even the Petco sign was illuminated. This is def an accident waiting to happen. Guess they can't afford to install some lights?? I'll be sure to stick with PetSmart and never go back to this location again.
Karissa went out of her way to help with the plethora of questions I had in getting my puppy signed up for some classes. There was another fella who assisted but I didn't get his name. I am so very happy we have this pet store local to take care of our pets needs
Always clean and every time I check out the cashiers are so nice! They also let me know about ways to save $$ within the store! Glad to have this nearby my home!
The associates at Petco are really helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products in the store and are always ready to answer my questions.
